| LadyZ : | | chocoholic1415 : | | I didn't take any screenies. Man that felt like a high school dodgball in the lobby there, being picked by the captains. |
I felt like a junior high dodgeball captain!! That was interesting....
I was pleased to be a part of Bananaswirl's first run! Also I got a laff boost in there for RB 40 Believe it or not, the only screenie I got was of the elevator as I said I need more laff points. I promise to do better next time! |
I think it worked out pretty well picking teams that way. I was just randomly picking toons and telling them to follow me....had no idea who was even on my team until we loaded the elevator.
Was a fun run....I got to run with 3 toons who I have never run with before so that was cool! I had a great time, and afterwards we had a visit from Mommas Boy!
Congrats again on your laff point Kari!

I think it went well too though I think we both picked Bananaswirl! I thought she was with you till she ended up on my side. It was funny though seeing everyone over there and then walking to one side or the other. Just like jr high We could try that method for any of the TTF runs where we need to split up unevenly, I think it worked well...you were the only one I could talk to so that was not an issue. Plus with the new IM here we could use that to communicate at least till we get in battle...ok now I am getting off topic just thinking out loud!

I jumped to one of the ladies, to try and heckle a bit before your run, only to be quickly run out of the CFO lobby. Ohh, yall are tough. When I got outside I saw this poor little toon, looking for his mommie. I didn't get any screenies, but it was clear to me that he was quite distraut at one of you leaving him on the steps like that. I noticed that he was also down 10 laff, so he had obviously been playing on the railroad tracks while his mommie was in the CBHQ.
Being the fatherly toon that I am, I befriended him and took him to TTC for some Ice Cream. I then jumped to Donald's Dreamland so that he could maybe catch his mommie as she finished the CFO. Last I saw him, he was trying to get up on the big pillow in DDL, for I had to run to a mint to get Little Bingo's bucs back.

I totally agree, anytime there are enough for two or more groups for a TTF run this would work great! The only problem I see would be figuring out each run who would be the "captains" since it wouldn't be planned out ahead of time.

That was so much fun! A SF of mine (in the screenies - Dippy Peppy) popped to me and decided to join the fun. Since she was a girl (and a RB50), I let her!!
I was outside harassing Crazy Orville when she came up to us. Wanted to know what was wrong! I think she was ready to fight Crazy O for him if he was being
mean . So, I explained his only problem was that he was a boy toon!
By the way, the little toon you befriended was still in the playground when we finished, asking for help. I wonder what kind of help he needed (other than laff points
and gags!).

The poor little guy told me while we were eating ice cream in TTC that he just wanted his mommie to read to him and rock him to sleep.
He kept saying "I need to go"
Then the sleep emote
Then "Can you help me"

LOL, I just couldn't find you! I walked over near the other team, where is Lady Z???? Oh, there she is . . . (BTW, I forgot earlier CONGRATULATIONS on your laff :applause:)
I do think the captain idea worked great. Perhaps we should use it on all TTF runs where we have an iffy number of toons (More than 1 full elevator, less than 3). My suggestion would be that the first toons to say out loud "Follow Me" become captains for the run. Planned special runs would still have assigned captains.
Please tell me it's one of you guys behind Mamas boy . . . fess up! My motherly instincts took over and I decided to take him under my little duckie wing. Am I going to have to send him back to the orphange now?

So, are you saying that you rocked the cute little baby toon to sleep?

Yes, I took him home with me and tucked him into bed. Even sang him a lullaby. Maybe tonight I will help him to find a blackboard eraser . . .

What a fun nite!! And that was such an easy run too. TY to Eve for saying "Please operate the crane" I had so much fun getting up on there. LOL! I even stole Lady Z's safe once off of her mag, I was dying laughing. Great team effort at the end to knock that CFO a good one. Lady Z had a safe handy and took off his helmet while the rest of us threw a goon his direction. It was a thrill! And the stompers just rocked! Eve kept every goon off of me, not even one goonie hit. I love that stuff! WooHoo! Girls rule!
I did take screenies, lots of Mommas Boy, wasn't he just the cutest! He was way up past bedtime though lol! His dad must of fallen asleep on the couch and momas boy went wandering looking for his Mommy. So much fun! Congrats to Lady Z on the LP boost, I noticed it right away which normally I don't, but saw you walking around as RB 39! So knew this was special. Biggest Thankyous to Kristin to another successful run planned, you are so super!

Dang it - Got my bux and had over an hour to wait for the girls night out. Not that long, I'll just sit down and relax a bit before the run. *Yawn* ... What do you mean its 12:30a? It can't be!!
Sounds like you all had some fun and sorry but what can I say besides "I feel asleep". I didn't even need to be rocked!
