VP and CFO Uber Tuesday Apr 4th....

UPDATE:

VP Uber: Tues., 7 PM PDT (8 mtn, 9, central, 10 eastern), Nuttyhills, Backup Sillyham

4 Person CFO Uber: to follow about 1hr later, same district. 8 PM PDT, 9 Mountain, 10 Central , 11 Eastern

CFO Uber 4-somes should form up in small groups in the lobby. When you have 4 please proceed to the elevator and load up. Let's try and make sure no one gets left behind. If you are uncomfortable going with only 4 just ask if you can join a group ("Can you help me?"). Looks like we will have > 12-16 toons. Woot

If you miss this weeks fun, will try to do this again next week : )

GMZ may be without TU, but, I am lureless. What could be more fun!! GMZ could have a nice doddle and mine likes to play with other doddles. He has a slight performance problem he is trying to overcome.

Unless we get lucky and play with Murky's toons who have Cog Misses or LOM Lures, I'm toast! B'splat hasn't VP'ed in forever and is really down in the SOS dept. But hey, I got at least 2-3 Lure restocks and a few handy dandy TU unites, so No Problemo!

So you gonna come, huh, huh? PLeeeease, (rats I'm begging again... gotta learn to stop doing that!)

Of course Bug and Bananaswirl are going to play on Tuesday. However I must warn you that Bananswirl will be quite stingy with her SOS and Unites until after the race on Saturday. Anything she has left for NEXT weeks uber runs, she will use freely. I'm still thinking of one of these days collecting enough cards to do a gagless boss battle - LOM, Bessie, Moe, Flippy and Clara.

What a fun thing to do with ubers. Several ubers getting their key at the same time. When cash hq first came out, several of us who "grew" up together did our Baron 50 together. It probably took about three to four weeks for all of us to get those last 8900 bux, but it was definitely worth the wait. Six of us did our Baron 50 together........then celebrated in Towncentral in the busiest district and handed out all our jellybeans.

Squirt would love to be part of a Baron 50 party, but alas, she is a baron 38 right now. If she works her tail feathers off, she might be able to reach that goal within the next two weeks.

Sorry, no can do the uber CFO/VP tonight. In need of over 3000 bux, waaaaa!!!!

I honestly don't care about going with 4. So I could hang back and go with a bigger load...I am still unsure about putting my teammate at risk even though Cuddles wants to bring it on! I'll just show up and y'all tell me where to go. heehee, be nice Razz

So sorry Lady Z!

This was my first 4 man with all ubers and it sure was fun! Lady Z, Marshmallard, Silly Salty Doggenklunk II and me on Lemme Sleep loaded the elevator at 10:03. We finished up the cogs a little more than a half hour later. Marsh and I only used one gag up squirt for all those cogs and she doesn't have sound so we really had to use our noggins. We had 2 cogs left on our side when Ryan said he thought Lady Z discoed. Sad

Rats! The goon room took lots of teamwork. Marsh stomped her little webbed feet off while Silly Salty and I scurried around to whatever crane had the most goons around it. I was down to 15 and had to use a 40 unite phrase, but eventually, with my heart just a'poundin' we made it! Our reward was a 10 pt. tune up, lol. Great fun! I hope to do it again soon Smile

It took me about 10 minutes to get the system back up...I reset the modem, but I think the cable just burped. Grrrr! Don't they know we are busy with important stuff???? Mad

We were the last to load and went with 5 after another batch left with 6 or 7. I felt obliged to hold back since I kinda called this run. Well I tell ya, running a bullion and picking gags with 2 on side in CFO is a little trickier than I like. Sorry Squirt if Queen Frecklezilla was a ditz. And to Bananaswirl, thanks for waiting for me... We danced in both mint and CFO.

Now the Uber VP, what a different story. We were the last to load there too. 4 toons, and we didn't even make it to the Skeles. 2nd time thru with 8 ubers and same sad story for our side. Gotta work my gags more. Next week, I should have 4 gag tracks so I hope to be more of an asset.

I will snag a spot on the next 4 some if you'll have me
That was fun. I was so happy to see sooo many toons come out and play. Better than hitting refresh on your browser to see if test is up...

This was my first uber 4 man as well (though not my first 4 man on an uber lol) and only my second all uber run. Miss Bananaswirl and all but Cuddles ran Dawn through a coin mint as fast as our little feet could carry us to get ready in time, and we turned out to be in plenty of time!

Madame Leota and I had quite a few misses, especially with stinky lure. She restocked my drop just as I was wondering if I should use my last piano or not, and not long later I restocked our lure. Unfortunately, with all those misses, we ended up using 4 toon up unites: I used a 40 and 2 20s, one of the 20s at the same time as Madame used hers... which turned out to be a good thing, because by the end of the cogs turn she was down to 33 laff! Ummm, I am bad at math, but if I remember correctly, 33-40=searching for a contact.

The crane round went ok, only a few reds came out... but gee, I don't know if it's me or if it's the fact that I have had yahoo and msn running lately, but I have been doing worse in the goon/crane fight lately. Regardless, with such good players, we did well with no problems to write home about.

Madame summed it up best as we danced:

"Still think it's too easy, huh Kel?"

"Yes, it was! You guys are great!"

B'splat and McToon

Ack. I walked in and 7 were on the elevator. I thought we were going in groups of 4. I held back thinking there were more toons still outside - I knew bananasplat was LOL. The doors closed while I was still trying to figure it out. I hope you guys had a blast.

Anyway, 3 other toons did show up - although they weren't exactly ubers LOL. Bananasplat and I loaded with them, they turned out to be an awesome group: Granny Ginger, Poodlenose, and KookyGrizz. It was a very fun CFO. Anyway, Bananswirl has her bucks again and if I stay off test for a few days she should have her level 6 lure and trap. Anyone up for 4 toon uber CFO next week?
