I just accepted the following task:
Visit March Harry
Snowshoes You Can't Refuse
Polar Place
The Brrrgh
Reward: Carry 4 Toontasks
Harry told me he was concerned about all these lawbots on his street and wanted me to clear out 30 of them on Polar Place.
After I did that (hard to do without cake!) and returned the task to him, he told me to go see Hysterical Harry.
Hysterical Harry told me I needed to get 2 alibis from Legal Eagles.
Got the alibis from the first two eagles I defeated (!) and returned them to Harry, who told me to go back to March Harry
March Harry declared I could carry 4 toontasks!

Have 2 toons going thru the Brrrgh (in TEST).... One was able to take the new toon task to carry 4 tasks and the other was given the "old" Harry task. I haven't done anything with them yet other than selecting them so I'll let you know if there are 2 options (like Minnie TP access).
I have also came accross Eddie the Yethi for 1 laff boost...90 law anywhere.
I'll keep working these toons in the Brrrgh and looking for new tasks.

I got the Eddie one on open the other day. 90 lawbots for one laff? Ouch! I took it thinking I could get 2 other tasks to go along with it, and was offered nothing in 10 other HQs! One I took was for Minglers in the Brrgh and the other for a fac - that was absolutely the best I could do, and I pride myself on my task shopping abilities.  Anyone else seeing this happen?
At least there are now more sell buildings...there were 3 - 5 stories on Sleet Street all right near each other, all vacant! Sadly, of all those Minglers, none had the elusive Love letter, grrrrr

Last night I got Mommas Boy to the second LOM, over this past weekend, I did a lot of burrgh tasks. I took all of the ones that were offered from Polar Place (after the simple 4 toon task one) and found that (in my opinion) they were much easier than the older burrgh tasks.
