I've added a welcome panel to the forum index page. It will look something like this:
It will randomly suggest a topic for viewing, based on users permissions for the site. Let me know what you think about it! 
Edit:
You can now change your birthday in your profile 
And the welcome panel will wish you a happy birthday accordingly.
Now for you "Older" folks the max age is 120.[/img]

Yeah and it's not even your Birthday!! But now the forum will also give you a happy birthday message in the welcome box. You can change your birthday in your profile

Eh, sonny? I can't quite hear ya...
But I changed it anyway. I hope there is no penalty for a fake year lol. I would have put 2005 but I don't wanna get booted out of the grown-ups club.
