What's the difference between Nancy Gas and Stinky Ned? Both are shown as 3 star lure in my test toon's SOS card.

They both seem to work equally to me. So maybe just the "smell" of the toon? LOL

Stinky Ned: small cog 4 rounds, large cog 3 rounds
Nancy Gas: 3 rounds
Take with one grain salt.

I have not tested these SOS cards explicitly, so I don't know how they behave exactly, but I am pretty sure they are identical. I agree with your grain of salt advice.
