Pops Stunning Video?
View Single PostView Single Post

Hey you guys.. For those of you who have been around for a while do you remember the video that Popcorn Cheezypuff made of him soloing the pie throw? It was a really good video that I viewed way back when and I can't seem to find it on TTC anymore.. Was I imagining things lol? Or was it someone else who made it?

I found the thread, it's still there. When I click on the link for the video I get page cannot be found. I have to head out but I think it's under COG HQ vp training thread. Good luck.

Don't know if this is what your after, but when I went searching for tips on close stunning I read as much as I could on the board. I consulted Nunya, andrew doc quakenhiemer and got some tips.

Here are some places that I was directed:

Pop's postings but the pictures are gone now: http://www.toontowncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16981

doc's post with movies showing his solo: http://www.toontowncentral.com/forums/showpost.php?p=776731&postcount=16

good visuals about placement in the latter movies.

POP's video was removed from where it was hosted due to space constraints. Doc, however, has videos of his soloing the vp. I think someone posted a link to Doc's movies above.

That is really cool to see.

How would someone go about making a video like that?

I remember it. Seems like it was made as a screensaver if I recall correctly. Not really a video but a quick succession of stills. I'm at work now, but I think it is on my computer at home. I'll look when I get in this evening.

if you find the screensaver install file please let me know. I'd love to have a copy of it.

You are correct, it was removed. I was the one that made that screensaver. I had no place to host it so I had uploaded it to my personal webspace through my ISP. My ISP only allows me a certain amount of space, and that space had just a few things in it but it was all big stuff.
I had to make room so I removed it from my webspace and that is why its not available anymore. IF I can find where I stashed it, I will post it for you.

OK, try this and let me know if it works okay.

I should add that this IS a screensaver, so if you have troubles viewing it don't move your mouse, or touch your keyboard. This can cause your pc to "wake up" and have the file shut down, this also goes for automatically refreshing browsers, if you have a window open.

This scr file was made with Irfan view. Not sure, but some people have had troubles with a non-compatible irfan view plug in order to see this. You are kind of on your own here since I am no computer whiz.

Have you ever considered the corner store? I'm sure that if you buy the cheeze prior to playing with it they won't mind.

NOTE: Sorry for the bad joke, but it's early and I'm medicated.
