The Tip:
By visiting building desks, a toon can get new tasks without turning in completed ones, therefore you are able to keep a full set of tasks to work on.
The history:
I am sure many of you know that when your toon reaches a certain laff point limit (not sure what that is), you can get tasks from any building in any district. I made an interesting discovery last night. After playing a bit with Crazy Boo Boo Fuzzysocks and Queen Furball Fuzzymuffin, I went to get gags and pick up a task. I visited "The Frozen Nose" for a new task since I was right there by it. I was offered three choices (standard for building visits), but it didn't cash in my completed bean task. I hadn't really thought about it before, but those tasks are to be turned in at any HQ.

Great info! That will really help for those who would rather save their tasks to turn in when they need a quick tu.
I will add that you can always get a task from a building no matter your laff - in fact, you are often able to avoid some of the more hated ones (Dr. Fret is one example) by going into a shop. I was able to get TP access to MM for doing one factory instread of Dr. Fret's interminable task list! I did this on several toons and will never visit Dr. Fret again.

Wow, thx for the info. I didnt know about that and i can come in handy since one of my toons has a 'flat profile' task which i dont wanna turn in before i have a 'small' task finished. I took that flat profile task per accident.
Great info! I think many of us didnt know that.

A tip for you small toon task lovers...
You should be able to find the small toon task for 80 cogs anywhere.... if you are more likely to find this tasks on the streets than in the pg hqs!

The Question:
Is there rhyme or reason as to which tasks are turned in when you DO talk to the HQ bunch? Maybe the oldest task first? That way you could know if you are turning in a bean task or a small task??

Yeah, the one you want to turn in is always the last one that gets turned in.
Actually I don't know, but it sure seems that way.

I think the order runs top left, bottom left, top right, bottom right, the same order in which you add the spots to have more toontasks.
So for example if you have the bottom left and the top right ones complete, when you turn it in it will be the bottom left one first.
I have to admit I haven't tracked this carefully, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works, but in the course of a week or so I could nail it down.

Not only COULD Anna nail it down, she most certainly will not rest until she HAS nailed it down.
I wait with baited breath. (whatever that means)

It means your breath smells like rotten fish guts? Gummy worms?
I do believe Anna is correct in the order. BTW anyone ever have more than one small task at a time? Have one I don't seem to be completing and would like an easier one but it's never offered. I am however offered 25 5 story boss blds for a flat toon often.......

I believe it's the oldest task first, at least that has been my experience. So if I want to save my jellybeans, I go to a building to get a new task.
It's been a little difficult to get a small toon task lately, anyone have any good tips on that? I've gone from playground to playground when I go to HQ, and I've actually run up and down a street to try to get an easy one.
I have noticed that my older toon has an easier time of it than my 105 toons.

Speaking of horrible tasks, I actually had one offered to my 2nd test toon for 200 5-level buildings - OMG - for one of his last laff boost tasks or something. Whew. I've been searching high and low and have only been picking tasks for just cogs. But I did a double take when I saw that one. 400 2 level buildings was horrible enough.

I have observed exactly what you're saying. On Lady G at 113 laff - I can find a small toon for 80 cogs tasks EASY, I swear I pick one of these out each week to sustain my small toon look on Lady G. It seems to be much harder to find these shortly after finishing all your main tasks, and in that time frame of the final tasks for laffs some of the tasks for effects are TERRIBLE! (Don't get me started on the 400 2-level buildings again.)
I find once I hit all the playground HQs looking for a task in a flavor I want, if I can't find it, then I hit one street (I prefer Baritone Blvd.) and if I don't find it there, then I pick something else and start over. Generally if I don't find it in all the playground HQs or in the course of searching one street, it's not there to be found. Not always the case, but usually true I think.

I think it depends on what you're trying to catch with your breath. The rotten fish guts are more likely to catch flies or sharks. Gummy worms tend to attract kids. Seeing as it's your breath we're talking about, you might be more interested in attracting your special guy, in which case I'd recommend either something minty fresh, or maybe beer and pizza depending on his personal preferences.
Now I will wait with bated breath to see if anyone has any other toontask related tips to share.

I have useless extensive fictional trivia knowledge about pretty much everything. As to this particular topic, I am (pause to double check ... yep) a man after all.

Looks like you might need to borrow Crazy O's dictionary!
Well, you did have to double check... are you sure about that?
