I have just gotten a new baby toon, blue duck, name, Duck Duck Goose.
But when my husband tried to get in Duck Duck Gander, they rejected.
How do you reapply a name? The only choice we saw was take Blue Duck, or delete.
Is there a way to keep the toon and resubmit the request? Toon town doesn't respond easily to questions.
And why would that be rejected? Nothing nasty or anything I can tell about it. Agenst the rules?
Any suggestions on an allternative name to go with Duck Duck Goose? (would be boy toon)

We you first see your name has been rejected click on your toon. You will be taken to the name game were you can type in another or pick from the list.
You have to click on the toon before you are given the chance to rename.

Oooohhhh I've seen Duck Duck Goose running around TT. Next time I'll stop and wave. Personally I'd keep submitting the name until they get sick of you. Worth a shot???

Keep trying with the name you picked. Sometimes they accept it after many tries. So keep trying to think of a new one but also keep submitting that one. Cute!

Hi, I have had numerous names rejected. One name I chose was accepted on the second try (but I have since deleted it) I have read that if your name is turned down too many times, the toon gets put on some sort of list and a name will never be accepted. Don't know if that's true, but saw it in a forum somewhere. So, now I'm afraid to try too many times on the same toon. I have a duck who still needs a name, can't think of one.
Just click on "name your toon" and choose a name. You don't have to delete it.
I also have a friend who had his toon name changed to "toon" after a while. That's what they do if they receive complaints about it. I had a black cat named Lucy Fur, but I got a lot of negative comments from other players, so I was afraid it would eventually be changed to "toon." Then I saw another one with same name, so I just deleted mine. Too bad..I really loved that name!
