I moved my main toon to a new account using the live chat TT help. I started the new account, enabled secret friend making, and then logged into the chat. They needed my new account and password and old account and passsword and the toon to move. After everything was moved, I changed the passwords. It only took a few minutes.

I've even moved a toon from the UK server to the American server. I tried to move a toon from open to test but was told that isn't possible.
