This week I decided to move one Toon to my other test account, and then move another to my main Account.
Live Chat did this for me on Thursday, after ending the chat I went on to make sure the right Toons were switched. That went well, all except their gardens didn't transfer! I tried going into my Cattalog and purchase a new garden kit, that couldn't be done it was marked already purchased. I checked my book and still had the garden skill points, just no mounds to plant tree's or flower pots for flowers.
I submitted a bug report on this, only to find on Friday they moved both Toons back to their original accounts, both still without gardens.
Again I went on live chat, they did the transfer again, but thought maybe the technicians did the switching trying to recover my gardens.
I filed another bug report about not having gardens on the two Toons moved. Still no gardens as of this afternoon!
So......anyone thinking about transferring Toons, may want to wait until they can figure out how to transfer gardens with them! I'm just glad it wasn't my main Toon who is planting the 3 bean combo now!
I'll update this as soon as it's corrected, just don't want to see anyone losing major garden experience until its fixed!

You cannot transfer Toons from your open account to your test account. I have two open and two test accounts. The Toons I transferred were both from my Test accounts.

No, still nothing on either! I've been sending daily bug reports, tried talking to live chat once more and was told they dont have anything to do with test accounts.
As soon as it's fixed I'll post again, I imagine it would be before gardens go to open.

Just wanted to update this so it can be closed. One of my two toons involved was able to buy another garden kit yesterday. This time I sent the bugs two seperate days and a emails right after. Aunt Bee got her garden back within a hour of doing so. Today I did this again from the other computer for the other Toon with no response after several hours.
So what I can see is they can fix it in your Cattalog, most likely done faster for open paid accounts. I might use two of Nicoles TTC Toons when I have more time on open to see if they gardens move also or if not how long it takes to get results.
