Anyone have this happen to them. In the DA office A and both times we entered the elevators I ended up in the grey area and had to find my way to the other toons in the "room".

At least they waited for me!!!

Boy another reason to not go near LBHQ.

I haven't seen this the last 2 times I was in DA offices. But, there was one week there when there was always one toon or more (not always the same one) stuck after the elevator. Takes forever to run back to the gang!!

One week ago, I wandered into the DA's office. Four of the million floors were grey nightmares.

I've had this happen, as well. Today, I did one with a friend I haven't seen for sooo long and lure missed over and over, sound missed, drop missed and the puzzles tripped even though I would have sworn they were solved. I must say I am sorry I went in! It was almost like Toontown did it on purpose.

I just heard of a couple toons who are sad right now and their laff will not go up. They have been sad for 30 minutes and have tried logging out and back in.

Hope Disney fixes the bugs. I know I will think twice before going back in the DA.

I have that happening to me on just about every DA run I participate in.

Filed a bug report on this the first day (over a month ago) and their reply was that window mode was not supported. I have tried full screen a few times and it does in fact occur less often, but still one time is way too many.

I had the same thing happen to me in the da's office, ended up in the gray after the elevator and was runnin like mad to catch up to my friends, but it seemed like I was runnin on the spot, going nowhere. When I finally did catch up to them I was standing underneath them. So I just told them to go ahead and fight the cogs, while I ran around in circles lookin for some stairs or something to get up to the floor where they were standing. Only missed battling one set of cogs by the time I found them, lol.

Dropping into the grey area in the DA offices started after the update that fixed it so you could no longer glitch the puzzles.

People caught on pretty quick and they simply wait on the toon/toons that wind up in the grey when the elevator doors open.

They did reply, apologized and told me they will fix it in a patch in the next update. At least they didn't tell me to update my drivers!!

Wow, you mean it's NOT your drivers this time? JAJA! Hope they get that fixed soon. Granny's already wary about going to LBHQ in the first place. All she needs is something like this to help her back-pedal outta there!

Yesterday in DA, I ended up in GREEN, which was like being in Pea Soup, way more difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but EVENTUALLY waded my way out of there. GRRR

I have had this problem with each of the da offices I have run... Thank goodness the other toons have been so patient and helpful (what a switch!) waiting for my poor toon to get out of the gray. Have filed a few bug reports and got the standard reply...so for now...it really is not encouraging me to play (or work on those notices)

Yep, that has happened to me a few times. At least everyone knows what is going on at this point (as per the "good luck"s as you enter the elevator lol!). When I filed my report, then I was also told it would be fixed in the next update, but I was also told that I needed to check on any updates for my drivers. My drivers didn't have any updates available, and I figure w/ it happening to everyone else, it isn't my fault. lol
