| Thelonious Monster : | | I didn't get any pm'd hints. Is this some sort of prejudice act against monkeys? Are you a speciest? Is the monkey team being handicapped because we are so smart and talented and incredibly good looking? |
To answer your questions:
No doubt. No way. Haha - good one - you make me laugh!

Er... good looking??? Resembling Vincent Price and Bella Lugosi wouldn't be my definition of good looking!

Quick question, I noticed under the duck list Chocoholic's name. Just wanted to make sure that wasn't my toon (she is a duck), but is it Heather (she shamelessly stole my toons name to use as username )?

It is Heathers. I had posted TTF names to make it easier for the teams to exchange codes.

I'm not sure where we are with this . . . Do we still need 4 toon teams? Is it still at 9pm eastern?
If LVTP doesn't come and Nanner wants to run with the dogs, I can add my mouse to Vickie's team if they want me. Mice are almost as cool as ducks. Hey, I just realized there aren't any mice phrases!
Lovely weather for Ducks
You're in the Dog house now
I've got Monkeys on the brain
Where are the mousie phrases?

Where we are is this: we are short 1 team member on dogs, ducks, and mice by 1 team member. I have been assured by the mice that a 3 man VP is no problem for them. If the dogs and ducks feel that they can do a 3 man VP by all means I will leave it in. Otherwise, LadyZ, Mouse Trap and I have come up with an alternative plan, and no they can't share what it is.
For the DOGS, since you guys are running at 2 I trust that you won't share the tasks with any of the later teams. I haven't decided yet how I will get you the tasks. So I will figure that out between now and then.

Wow! They really want to do a 3 man VP, knowing it's a timed contest?

I'm here I'm here! OK got the clue but Googling the hint gave me NO hint! Got a full list and I do see one that fits (kind of) If it's not.....ahhhh.....your fav do we still get credit? <----not giving out hints on my hint
Anywho....is there a duck team? Are we losing one of our duck team? Are we losing all of the duck team? I'M SOOOO CONFUSED!!!
I have no problem normally with a 3 man (Woman) VP.....BUT....not if it's a race. That's handicap number one for any team doing it. I think it should be if one team has to do a 3 then they all do. JMHO.
OK on to TT for a code then I'm going to bed! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Oh and just a note....I was cptn once for one of these things before....it was NOT pretty Duties for sale! (if we have a team that is.....)

There are 2 possible correct answers for the gardening clue. The correct one is what comes to mind first. You guys need to watch more AMC/TMC

Hey, Heather, we'd love to have you.
We have lot's of great mouse phrases: "love ya" " Bravo" "That's the way to do it." "You are a genius" All of these apply and can be used excessively.
Any others?
Egor says he'd be happy to be our runner, helper mouse if another mouse wants on the Mighty Mice.

It is with sad puppy eyes and tail in between the legs, that I type to say that I don't think I am going to make tomorrows run either.
I just remembered I have regular thunderstorms each afternoon and I usually plug out all electrical equipment during the storm. Weather forecasts for the next 7 days shows thunderstorms each afternoon.
So sorry to the dogs about that.

awww Mush I'm sorry to hear that. If you need to go earlier I'm sure that Mouse Trap won't mind. Pick the time he's accomodating and check with your third.

If I can survive a 2 toon CFO, I'm sure I can handle a 3 toon VP. Although I agree that for a timed contest that would put us at a disadvantage, maybe we could bring in a helper for the VP part - I volunteer my hubby (he's an almost as cool as duck mousie toon).
I'll be on shortly and grab some codes. Yikes - and make some space so they work

Can we just use him for the whole thing and glue some feathers on him? I think there are still some blue stray ones laying around here someplace.............
Wasn't I going to bed?????
