In the beginning of summer I ordered the full year account so I could get the free trading card binder! 5 months later I'm getting suspicious...  are they EVER going to send me that binder?!

When I got my free binder - too long ago- I remember giving up hope that it would ever appear. 6 months or so later, after a live chat, it appeared. I think Disney gets too many emails to respond to them or maybe even read them.

They are just REALLY SLOW!!! In January I paid for 2 subscriptions to TT for my sons. The offering then was a mouse pad...I waited for it, but figured that I wasn't going to get them. AT LAST!! Late summer, we ended up with 3 of them!
