Ok - I spent 125 beans on the Donald Statue. I planted it with 2 green jellybeans.
Now what? Is there a surprise inside?
I can't water it. It really isn't that attractive.
So - what's up?

Surprise!! Its a big ol' nothing! It just kind of sits there....they say it is suppose to unlock a secret but I have yet to notice any difference! I am on the mickey statue(which must be planted with four silver jbs) and it has made no difference at all. Maybe it is still being worked out??

Sorry! At this point it is only decoration! Some are saving their beans for fertilizer instead of the pretty lil' statues

LOL!!! I would be inclined to agree if the runaway doodles were happening on Test. Mine is just happy flopping in the flower beds!
Hmmm...

I ordered a Donald statue, and it never came. So I ordered another then realized you get delivery immediately; you just need to plant 2 green JBs to load it onto your statue base. Interesting thing is that the last page of my gardening menu lists "Donald Statue X 2." So, why would TT program the fact that I own two Donald statues?

Did you try planting it at another toons house? Can we see the statue base at other toons homes? I forget. I'd file a report on that cuz otherwise kids will be buying like a zillion statues once it hits open (or even on test). There does need to be an "already owned" thingy in the catalog once you purchase.

Toontown did say it was not a bug that you can buy the statue more than once. There was a post on it over on that other site about it, where they had a reply from a TT customer care or whatever they call those people that actually email us back.

braindead.... I think that is their official name
I love the canned responses that do not even apply to the comment or concern that was sent in....

The statues are stupid. I want a fountain. Unless its a statue of a yellow bunny. That works for me.

Ummm... there are fountains in the cattlelog... I just don't have enough experience! They should also give you more room to put statues!

Granny MoMo, I don't mean to burst your bubble, but those fountains go INSIDE, not outside!

How about they sell me this
A special gag tree
Whose gags you pick
Then throw while still at your estate
At a visiting *toon*
Who is then immediately frozen on to your statue platform
And whose only option for the next 10 minutes is to water your trees and flowers (from the statue spot, like with a hose, yeah that's it).
Oh and I did I mention the water credit reverts to the toon who threw the statue gag?
In this little fantasy we could admire the yellow bunny AND not have to take all that extra time to water our gardens! Ahhhhhhhh. : D

QP this only works with yellow bunnys? I understand the great need to control the yellow bunny population but there are times that others need this gag thrown at them too. Can we expand on that a bit? Also can we make the gag so they have to dig up and replant your flowers? (really long arms)? Maybe make them do it with their FEET?????
Just a few added suggestions to your wonderful idea......

They are just idiotic statues staring at you while you say, "Why did I just spend 150 Jelly Beans on that?"
