She is so cute! What breed is she? She looks like she may be in the Corgi family? My neighbors just got a Corgi 6 months ago and Fudge has fluffy hair but almost the same markings! Too cute!

We think she is a collie cross, like a sheepdog, not a Lassie. She has long hair and a sweeping tail.
