Try Burnt Marshmallow or something of the like if it's a black cat.

I think the secret is to give up. I had been knocking around diff ideas in my head for my poor Blue Bear, had narrowed it down to Blue Bear E. Muffin or Blue Bear E. Pancakes when lo and be hold they finally approved warlybear The other name was starting to grow on me, i almost like it better

I honestly believe they are rejecting names for no reason. I would bet money that it's a game for them. There are too many people who get the names approved after weeks of trying (including myself). What other reason could there be? Look at the name honestly and from an outsider's point of view. Is there anything that could POSSIBLY be offensive about it? If not, keep trying!

I have been trying for 14 weeks to get a name approved on my little mouse. Been told to wait - fall off their radar before you try again. Having decided I am on an automatic reject list, stupidity prevailed and I decided to try a previously rejected name once more. Just to prove my point, even though I no longer wanted it. You guessed it -approved. Now I have to decide whether to keep him or start over. Still trying to figure out just why I did that...... I won't even start talking about the black cats. Funny thing though - they approved a monkey name within seconds.

I've tried so many names I don't even remember them any more. They accepted Weird Sandy but turned down Sandy Toes.Go figure.I'm just going to wait till the crazyness stops. They even rejected a name while we were all being booted every 5 minutes. You would have thought they would have fixed the game first. The anonymous theys are ruining things again.

| Dizzy T : | | Mousewife took 5 submits and an email to get approved. Spilled Milk (a former horse of mine that was immediately approved) took 4 submits to get approved for my newest black kitty. I tried one name 17 times before finally giving up, and after an email they replied with the normal horse hockey "check our rules" of which the name submitted fell well within their guidelines. What made me most upset was at the time I was trying to get that name approved, I saw a bunny running around named, "Helena Handbasket." Tell me how THAT NAME got approved? Hello? Speak English????? |
Ok, it took my husband's pronunciation for me to understand Helena Handbasket. lol!

I have a name!!!! I emailed toontown@disneyonline.com the following, and an hour later I had an approved name:
Hi! I created a black cat on Halloween, which is currently named Maroon Cat. I have as yet to get a name approved by the toon council for my new cat, and it is a source of great frustration to me. Could you take a look at the name I have currently submitted for review, which fits all of Toontown's toon naming criteria, and please approve it? It would make me ever so happy to have a name!
Here is my account name:
[account name omitted for post]
Very Best Regards,
Me

Ive been trying to get a good name on my mouse but everything I say is just not working! I wanted my name to relate to something with cheese or something that a mouse like. I have only one idea for your predicament but it might not work.
1. Try all the same word but a different spelling
2. If nothing works then try a new name that you like just as much as Burnt out
3. Say something that has burnt in it but a diferent ending
I hope my ideas help you to get a good name!
