Do you mean the actual armoir itself? The closet/dresser? If that's what you're asking, no, that can't be gifted... Rats.
I am not sure if it is in an actual specific cattlelog or if it has to do with how many clothes you have bought... I have wondered that about the bean jar as well... Seems like toons I maxed the beans on quickly, the sooner I was offered a larger Jellybean jar... But then again, that could just be my thinking in my own lil' world... Wouldn't be the first time, LOL.
There was a thread here at one time that showed what was offered in different cattlelogs.... Hmmmmm.... Maybe I'll go look for that....

The wardrobe is offered to you again in the "Sale" cattlelog and it cannot be gifted...sorry!

Yep your right. Its going to be 22 weeks before I can buy that. I just counted this morning on TTC. I had checked there before but the pictures would not load. So this time they loaded so if I am series 3 and #5 its going to take 22 weeks almost half a year. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Mention in your post that you have no Spend Wisely phrases and see if the person will work out a deal with you. Maybe they have a toon that needs to go through factory for suit parts, maybe they would enjoy having some help through the mint, maybe they need 200 more pts for fog and would like for someone to gag camp with them. There are lots of things you can offer without offering beans. And sometimes toons may just take pity on you and give you something for nothing.

Personally, for my big toons at least, their banks are overflowing! If I have something you need I'll be happy to just get it for you. It may be more of a problem with my little toons but I have lots of phrasaes to spare on my big ones so I could probably get the beans without much effort. I also need an excuse to fish with my little ones  . So, post what you want and see what happens!

People always offer and I don't think no one has taken them up on it..... I have given freely and others have given me items freely.
I do like Dizzy T idea.. take me thru a factory 
I have some emotes and have tasks worth beans burning a hole in my pocket on 2 toons 
I wish I could buy my uber a doodle!

I don't have ANY doodle tricks on any of my toons right now! What's up with that?? 
I do have belly flop, banana peel, cringe, and for a limited time, dance and think. I would need 2 codes because those are on 2 different toons, and as I said, will have to remove you immediately afterwards so it would show as coming from "anonymous". PM me a code if you would like those. No payment required!
