Boy! I had this happen a couple of weeks ago with a friend. It was horrible! He kept whispering and I couldn't go to him or talk back (there is a frightening thought!!). Once I logged out and back in, it was fine.

I also had it happen way back when I was playing Granny MoMo (a year ago!!). I had a pic that I can't find. Logging out and in didn't help that time - I had to TP to a friend when Granny was standing right there next to the mint! I think I had to log a couple of times to correct it. But that gives you some idea of how long ago it happened.
