I planted a wedding cake tree 5 days ago and watered it about 10 times but nothing has ever happened to it. How long does it take to sprout?

Gag trees take 3 days per level. So, a level 1 tree will "bloom" in 3 days, a level 3 tree will "bloom" in 9. Your wedding cake tree will bloom after 21 days.
