Hi,
I just installed Norton 360 and now I cannot get past the blue ToonTown "Updating Toontown" screen.
Is ToonTown working OK right now, or do I need to adjust something with the Norton 360?

I emailed Symantec what my problem was and they responded within the day with a detailed solution.
So all is good now.
