Please spend some time at each Cog HQ to help us test new elevator features!

Once a Toon boards a Cog HQ elevator, they can Hop off only once. If the Toon Hops off an elevator they must wait until it leaves or empties of all Toons before boarding again. Also, a minimum* Laff point requirement has been added to each Cog
HQ elevator as follows:

Sellbot HQ
Front Elevator - None
Side Elevator - 41

Cashbot HQ
Coin Mint Elevator - None
Dollar Mint Elevator - 71
Bullion Mint Elevator . 76

Lawbot HQ
Office Elevator A . None
Office Elevator B - 81
Office Elevator C - 86
Office Elevator D - 96

Thats great because I am 97 laff so I can go in everything!

I like the idea of jumping off only once. I also don't mind the laff requirements for the others except for one thing - cash ubers are 72 laff and eventually need the bullion. In fact, GMZ carries Dollar Mint tasks for laff, that he can never complete. Is he to be stuck with the Coin Mint for all his big bucks? I think the other laff requirements are pretty good but I suggest we complain and try to get the limit for Bullion to be lowered to 72 (there may be some ubers at 71, not sure? It's only possible if you don't get stuck with a laff from fish).

Ubers are not going to be the ones shuffling, anyway....I understand and applaud their attempt here but it's completely unfair to the dedicated ubers out there!

I wonder if it would be possible to have a combined laff / suit requirement for bullion? That is, you must be 76 laff OR have a suit higher than **whatever**. Ugh, if I have to take GMZ through the coin I may as well quit working him!

Unfortunatly I never received a test account although I have applied for one a few times, but finally see Disney is doing something about one of the biggest problems in TT.....shuffleing! As posted above me yes the bullion mint should be lowered to 71-72 otherwise in print it looks like it should work nicely!

LOL. If they don't change it the ubers will converge on the Dollar mint, unless they are like Ben There, and he will have to do coins!!! OOF! I will just do buildings thanks!

I think its good idea as long as people who have a task to beat in buillion or something like that are able to accomplish it.. Also its good idea to only have a person get off the elevator one time..It drives me nuts when people are going in and out..Can we also do that in the sellbot HQ? Have a great day!

Someone on TTC posted the idea that for the bullion, anyone with a suit be allowed to go regardless of laff. I think that's a wonderful idea since there are still toons of much less than 70 laff running around in cash suits (leftovers from the original uber days).

Remember they say the laffs are subject to change and they are open to suggestions at this point. Send them your ideas!

On the other hand I had to laugh at RB's post on TTC. We've been asking for this for years; now we're complaining. LOL, he's right, we're never happy! But I think the suit requirement is the best idea I've heard. Not for the factory, as a 15 laffer can have a suit without using a single gag. The mints are the only things here I have a problem with.

Next cash uber I make I won't take dollar mint tasks. Who knew??

Oh this is pretty cool. I am so shocked at this update that I can hardly believe it's happening. I am just glad today is not April 1st.

Well I better get Miss Calculation into the bullion quick as she is on her first 8900 right now and I don't want to do that set in dollar mints. Ugh no laff boost and tons of dollar mints to get it I don't like that.

I do think the suit idea is the best. I remember when Law first came out on test they had a suit requirement to get into the DA office. Why not keep that idea for all but the easiest of the set. So no suit for a coin mint but needed for the dollar and bullion and no suit required for DA office A but required for the others.

Guess I need to go try this out and then add my suggestions to the list they have.

A noble idea but there is a big problem with the factory side entrance and bullion restrictions. While I do like the jumping restriction (so long Fancy Frank) the requirements for boarding should be by suit for cash and law. Leave sell alone.

A laff requirement for sell? Give me a break, that's just plain silly. I do have to applaud Disney though for trying to do something about the shuffling. Don't know if this is the answer but it's a good start I think.

I agree, I don't think there is a need to have limits in the factory. I just logged a bug report with test suggesting a lowering of the laff limit for the dollar or bullion mint or using the requirement of a suit for law and cash in all but the Coin mint and the DA office A.

I sure hope others will do something similar. I know if enough people speak they will listen.

I'm torn on whether it's necessary for sell. There are an awful lot of toons that want to go in and get their suits without working gags, and that's a problem. I do thik it's nice that toons who don't want to be bothered can go to the other elevator. Personally I think it's a pretty good compromise. They could have done something more drastic that would prevent ubers altogether.

Tried to do a dollar mint with a friend and my 106 laff duck was at 70 laff. Couldn't board until I got a toonup! I didn't realize that was also part of the restriction.

That could be nice - stop those toons down by half on laff going in but.... my cash uber wanna be is at 72 laff and I don't want to do dollar mints forever........

Yep ITA. I remember going sad a few times before they downgraded it. The combo of heavy hitting goons and big cogs was enough to keep most lower laff toons away. That and the additional "help" from those of us who were true griefers at that time..

With the many complaints Disney has most gotten over the years to put laff limits on the factories/mints I have a feeling they will stick to what they have on test. They are listening to the voice of many and as we know ubers are in the minority. My CHQ uber Roxy is a 68 laff and just down started working her Loan Shark bux. There is no way that I have the time to push her before this update and to to make matters worse she also is carrying Dollar Mint task for laff.

Varmint :

If they hadn't down graded the Factory.......it deterred toons running it with low laff and from not working gags. When I started my first toon I had to run the 'old' factory and after getting thru alive twice to complete tasks was enough for me to stay away until I was in my 80 laff range with better gags before heading back.
