Where I work - we always wear out Mickey Mouse Ears on Friday the 13th cuz they are LUCKY!!

I actually have no idea why it's unlucky. It probably is because of past times. Like when a long time ago there were some people who made it up. Thats probably it. But if you want some more insight just go visit- www.wikipedia.com. Type in Friday the 13th and ta-dah! I love wikipedia! It's great for research projects as well.

Fri the 13th is unlucky because in the 1700's a Pope ordered a group of people all to be assassinated on that day. It "unluck" has continued from then.
Personally Fri the 13th day is lucky for my family

I love Friday the 13th!
My mom was born on a Friday the 13th
Mike and I had our first date on Friday the 13th
Yesterday (Friday the 13th), the title to my car came, all paid off
We've had lots of other good things happen on Friday 13, too. We celebrate every one

At my school, I haven't seen many people that don't like Friday 13, lol. Everyone get's excited and say they're scared, but they're more happy than scared, lol.

Thanks! My brorther though that Friday 13 was when (the opposite of heaven) was invented, and my friend at school though it was when Jesus died.

I've never had any issue with Friday the 13ths....until last night. I was standing in the pit waiting to VP with the TTF crew...Something I had not done in a very long time. Bill had just said something to me and I typed "bummer" back. My 8 year old then appeared at my side and quietly said "Mom, the sink next to the washer is overflowing!!!". So I RAN down there and fished a used dryer sheet out of the drainhole. Many bad words were said by me. Hubby came down and WATCHED me clean it up. I think my son closed TT although I would have loved it if he went in with my TOON and griefed Bill. LOL
