Ok, I really should be working, but I am having too much fun playing with this program. Just made a new avatar to include my new cat. How fun!

Animation shop in PSP 6 is what I use. I have PSP 6 and 7, but I am such a novice at both of them, that I can't see upgrading to the latest and greatest version, 9? I think.

I used MS Digital Image Pro 10 for the graphics and then Gif Movie Gear (you know the one you JUST told me about yester day ) for the animation.

I would love to be able to do that! Any suggestions on which program would be the most user friendly? I'm computer savvy but don't want a memory hog program or one that will take longer than my patience to use!

Gif Mvie Gear is the program that Brady told me about. You can download a fuly functional 30 day trial here http://www.gamani.com/
Very easy to use, I made my first one in about 5 minutes.
