Three years ago, in April of 2004, I accidentally took the "Defeat 1000 Cogs in Donald's Dreamland" task for a clothing ticket! I still remember how it happened, and I still remember my stomach turning around. I had befriended this kid who whispered to me constantly, about glitches she wanted to show me mostly. I wanted to pick a task "right quick" before teleporting to her, it was a little late, and I wasn't paying attention. UGH! By the time I realized what I had done, I had already let go of the mouse button. I was so mad at myself. Back then Donald's Dreamland was harder, or so I remember anyway, and I didn't think I'd *ever* get that task accomplished, as I tried to avoid DDL as hard as I could. I had even emailed Disney about it a couple of times to see if they would do me the favor of removing the task from my list, but no such luck.
So today, three years later, I finally completed that task. I don't think they even have it anymore, do they? I would hope not anyway. It feels so liberating, free at last.

Ooooohhh, that is too funny. I too had taken that task on PBB, it DID take a LONG time to complete!! (Not 3 years, but a long time...) CONGRATS ON FINALLY FINISHING IT!!! Now to go get those awful looking clothes from DDL...either that or you can keep the "I need to see a tailor!" phrase...

Wow, three years on one task. Congratulations for getting that one done. I say keep the phrase as a reminder of the endless task. It's good to say "I need to see a tailor".

And they say I'm taking forever getting keys  I made the mistake of taking that one TWICE on the same toon! (at different times)! UGGG!

Teehee, thanks everyone, I appreciate it.
I hadn't considered keeping "Deliver a Clothing Ticket" but I think I might just do that! Until we get bigger closets anyway. Which might be never. 
Nanner, you took the 1000 Cogs in DDL task twice??! OMG, I cannot imagine!
I guess my next task is to become a Hollywood 50, and I'm only a Mingler. At my pace, I'm estimating April of 2011.
