That was probably me PTT  I see blah blah blah all the time. Even once with a guy who asked me to be on his crew. I spoke to him (not sure if he saw) and he replied but all I saw was blah blah blah. Even playing with someone who I'm talking to on ventrilo she can see the words of SOME but I can't. BTW she does see the blah part some of the time too. It's very strange none of you have seen this????

Before the last stress test all I saw was "blah, blah, blah" but once they wiped the data base and put out the latest version I can speak and see just fine.
I just can't play atm the lag is sooo bad all of a sudden.

Some of you might have figured it out. Some might not. But MissMarple (on another forum I won't name ) figured out why some of us see the "blah blah blah" while others don't.
It has to do with your chat options. If you go to https://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/ , click log in, actually log in, then scroll to the bottom and click Member/Guest Services, you hould be able to edit your account options. Click the account you want to edit, and there you will see your chat options.
I currently have mine set to open chat.

I haven't had the time for this game......With school and TT on my list, I don't have the energy for it. I might give it a shot in the Summer....Is this game REALLY fun or just fun?

*Bowing* Thank you kind sir. Did it and it worked. Only problem is by clicking on your link you have to delete the comma first cuz there is no site that ends with /pirates/,
