Imagine that you are in a random CFO, on a side with 3 toons (1 of them is a TUless cash uber, but that's beside the point).
The first line-up comes out as follows 1, 5, 12, 12. Toon 1 targets a 12 with a piano, Toon 2 targets the other 12 with a piano.

You did say random run not griefer so I choose a Bike Horn- this assumes I am on Aunt Trixie who is lureless. Of course the barbie magnet is the way to go if you are on a toon with lure!
