What happens when you transfer a toon? Do you lose your gardening points, trees, etc? Do you have to buy your estate stuff all over again? The answers will help me with figuring which toon to transfer to another account. Thanks!!

You have to buy the garden again but you don't lose the skill points you already earned. You will have to replant all the trees. Everything else stays the same.

For some reason when I transfered my toon Goofo to my new account my skill points were still fine and I didn't have to buy a new garden set.

You send a letter to TT people on the TT website. They will transfer it for you when you give them the toon you want transfered and to which account. You must also state the account name the toon is on.

I just had a toon moved, I sent them everything but the last billing date in my original request . . . and got back the form letter. I had to call the billing department to find out what my last billing date was (either that or search through credit card statements and still not know which bill was for which account).

Thanks for the info Heather!! I will have to call them to see about my exact billing dates. I know the months, but not the exact date. Definitely helps to figure out what toon to transfer.

Good luck! I just went on to the live chat and it was done in minutes. Guess it's different now though cause I just had to give account names and passwords.

I've transferred a toon once before. It was easy. I had to buy a new gardening set though.

I've always done it through Live Chat too and it never took more than 5 minutes. I sure never had to give billing details! I haven't done it in a couple of months though.

This is legit, I did one last Thursday.
Simply email toontown@disneyonline.com with the following details: Login ID, Password, Date of Birth, Last billing date, Secret Friends for each account and the name of the Toon to be transferred on one set of that info.
You do lose your Trees, Statue and Flowers (but not the bean progress on flowers), so you have to buy a Gardening kit again but other than that it's all good. I got my doodle, too, while customer service told me I would lose it (?) - and all items in my house are intact.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: Customer service told me to list my Secret friends, too, but I didn't and they too are intact - but I would still include them in case the coder you get isn't as good as the one who did my transfer
