I was just so ENCOURAGED to do so today after a long time (1-2 years) of trying to catch the rare fish, I made a list to help me out! Lol, but I'm not selfish/greedy so i decided to post it online lol, I'm sure there are other lists, but of course, i was bored . To tell the truth, I wasn't even aware that the Florence i caught was ultra rare!!!
concord grape PBJ fish location: TB,DL. average rod: twig
all-star fish location: TB average rod: twig
famous! Devil ray Location: TB average rod: twig rod (LOL!)
Florence nurse shark location: MM average rod: twig ( May the twig be with you )
Famous! Full moon fish location: DL average rod: steel
Famous! Grizzly bear acuda location: walrus way average rod: steel rod
Famous! Grand piano tuna location: alto avenue average rod: steel rod ( gettin' those steel rod blues )
Baby grand piano tuna location: tenor terrance average rod: steel rod
hope it helps, gone fishin'!!!
P.S. I may write down the extremely rares, these were the ultra rares . oh, yeah, if you want, answer the poll.

Just a quick question. When you said where the location was for the fish, what does TB mean?

I know the locations and have the gold rod. I was wondering if there is a secret time of day or preferred plank or district that increases probability of these final 9 uncatchable fish?
As of now i need:
Holy Mackerel
Devil Ray
Cancord grape pbnj fish
allstar
full/half moon fish
grizzly bear
grand/baby piano
I know the locations of them all thanks to the fish checklist. If there is more to it than that and the rod, please respond. Thanks.

would you mind so much to spell out the restrictions that apply? There is another shop down the way that has much better deals than you, so I was wondering what the catch is??? ( no pun intended) hee hee
