Are there any newer toons to toontown with like 40 laff and less because everyone here always talks about strong toons and I feel so small compared to the strong toons so I would like some fellow toons to hang around. Now any?

OH! I'm so sorry you have felt that way. We were all once small ourselves, too. You'll get up there soon! Don't worry.  I have a toon named Sweet Raspberry who I am currently working on. She's 26 laff points and she'll usually be in the district Silly Rapids in Toontown Central. Hope I'll see you sometime!

Well actually I am in Donalds Dock but I will still go on Silly Rapids. That will be my main district. If I am not there I will probably be in Nutty Summit (if not full) or Toon Valley.

Don't worry about "strong" toons...you will get there soon enough. Just have fun, make friends and soak in the vast world of TT

You'll be surprised how fast you move along!
And, remember, most of us 'strong toons' have little toons working their way up. I haven't updated my sig line with my newest toon that is a 55 laffer - a black cat made on Halloween.
