I don't know what brought it to my mind. But I was flashing back to my first experience of SF'ing. I went for a year and quite a few months without an SF. I had quite a few regular friends with my old toon (Mister Domino McGoose) and even with BLH but never any SF's. And I didn't know about any sites like this to go visit. I remember my first SF was 2 at one time.

I was working with Midnite Rose and Ms. Fancy Beanieswirl for a while that day (probably on one of Bear's tasks, I can't remember). Then I got invited back to one of their estates. I thought it odd, but went anyway. I'm standing there and I'm seeing them chat away, and thinking how cool that was. I was asked to follow them, so I did. Then something crazy happened. One of them asked me to be their friend. I thought they were just goofing with me, because I already was friends with both of them, but I said OK. Then one of them started spouting off such weird things. I thought this was more goofiness, so I joined in on the goofiness and started spouting off goofy stuff back at them. Then one of them asked to be my friend again. I continued to think how weird it was, but I watched a little more. Then, like one of those V8 style slaps to the forehead I realized what was going on. I was so nervous. I think they were about ready to give up on it when I finally realized what was going on. I asked them to wait and to be my friend. I finally got a code I could use and the rest is history.

Those 2 are still my best Toon Friends to this very day. Ms. Fancy Beanieswirl and Midnight Rose, you gals are the greatest. Thank you for being Bear's friend. Ya'll are awesome!

Nice nostalgic story! I got my very first SF last year from this group. I had asked for a helper for my uber, warlybear, and Lady Petunia Purplepop had offered up her uber, Bad Luck Kitty. We never got a chance to play before my 8 month hiatus from TT though, but she is still on warly's friend list. I got my second SF, also from here, though she hasn't been very active on the forums since her intro (shakes a finger at Carrietoon). She was new to TTF and looking for a SF and I was just coming back and tired of playing alone so figured what the heck! We ended up having lots in common, and she's even here in Michigan, though an hour or two away from me. But now that I've used the SF chat or whatever it's called, I find the limitations of speedchat with regular friends very frustrating lol

I remember friending you Warly...on my black kitty which I rarely play because anytime that I get on I would rather work my "big" toon since it is so few are far between these days.

My first SF was actually my RL friend PBB, she got me hooked on both TT and TTF. From there I picked up some wonderful SF's from here which is where all but I think one or two SF's that I have has come from. I miss the playing that I used to do so much but life got a little busy and I don't get a chance to get on as much as I would like to.

SF's are the best and I can't imagine only playing with speedchat all the time and thankful that I have a bunch of people to talk to from here.

I do remember fondly the day that I became SF's with Princess Boo Boo though, as my family played with her regularly for about 2 months before we ever had any SF's. I tried to use codes I'd read on forums to befriend her, but we just couldn't get it right. Then, one day, she invited me to her house and posted a code with pictures on her wall. Woot!

Well, we have something in common as Lady Zippy Boinginpretzel (sp) was my first SF as well. I had just hit my first 14,400 notices and she offered to help and the rest as they say is history. It was weird at first actually talking to someone while running in the DA. I do remember believing she was 29 and thought cool she is just a bit younger than me. Heehee!

LOL, Orville. I didn't know I was your first. It was Quigley, though. I remember in your PM you assured me that you were not REALLY a purple and yellow dog.

My first was Loopy Fireball Rockensocks. He plays WoW now but is still on my list and comes on sometimes, or his kids do. His kids are the some of the few exceptions I have to kids as sfs. He was also one of my first friends ever, we met while in TTC, but didn't become sfs until the Brrrgh! He used the speedchat method and my first post on TTC was to ask WHAT is this guy DOING -- then I figured it out.

Similar story here. A few toons had asked me their house and asked me to be their friend, then moved furniture around - I thought they were nuts and left. Then one day the lightbulb went on that they were trying to pass a code. My first SF was a teenager & mother that shared a toon, I kind of liked the teen better when it was just speedchat LOL. Both of them quit playing and after a year or so I took them off my list.

It was my 2nd sf that changed my whole TT experience - Granny Rosie. I credit half the friends on my list to people I met through her. She's the one that sent LST to help me in a mint the day after we sf'd. The rest is history

Hey Crazy O - good to hear from you! When I got my test account I posted codes here and you were the first to take one, I was so thrilled to finally meet you . Do you still have your TT account? We miss you!!!!!

I can't be any SFs to any of the TTF or any others, so I don't really fit in much in this category, but I only have one friend and it's my neighborhood friend. Maybe my parents will let my be SFs to others besides my neighborhood friends one day.........hopefully someday. I will let y'all know if at some point I can!

My first SF I haven't seen around in many months Sad to say I x'd her since I hadn't seen her in so long. My second SF was probably my son's toon, can't delete him because he'll find me and try to friend me LOL.

I have some favorite friends and they know who they are. They definitely bring a smile to my face when I see them log on.

Hmmm my first? It's been so so long ago. I THINK it was Koalita. I had posted on that other site about some nasty task I had and she got a code from me.

I know my first goof ball sf (Koalita is pretty sane ) was Skinny Sandy....darn I miss her!

My first sf was Queen Thunderthud. I was at the LOM tasks, and wasn't sure if they would ever be done. Alas, my first, second (Lady Googlebrains), and third (Loopy? or maybe Duck Tape), sf's have left tt it seems. My first sf that is still around (some of the time anyways) was Granny Momo. Ang introduced me to some of the goofiest, and best sf I know! You know who you all are!

My first sf was Master Hucklemouth, and shortly thereafter Bear Lee. It has completely changed my perspective on the game. It is so much easier (and much more fun) to play when you can chat. Buildings, factories, and mints don't seem to take nearly as long when you can talk and be silly. Thank you soo much to all my friends (you know who you are )!

I remember my first SF well. Though I haven't seen her in almost a year I still can't take her off my list. It was Princess Purplepop, a husband and wife team running the toon. Princess Purplepop and I were regular friends for a very long time I believe we worked our toons up together through at least the last three playgrounds and she was fun. Before she attempted the SF thing with me Kevin had frequented the TTC boards and learned about the different ways to pass a code so I was familliar with them. One day she came online and asked me to be her friend and I went to her estate where she used pictures on the wall to get the code to me. I think it only took two tries to get all the numbers and letters too! It was a great surprise to find out she lived in the province right next to me as well. Another Canadian as my first SF how cool is that?

Through here I met Queen Dizzenpop, Max Jabbergoose (woman playing a boy toon), Princess BZ and Furball. Not long after that one of them friended Crazy Boo Boo Fuzzysocks and well a few of them are not playing anymore I still have them on my list. I still remember the days I first got a test account and a few of us worked many hours on our toons there and had a blast.

My first SF was my niece, Funnyface.

My first one was Mary... a vampire from Texas.

I played dumb with a bunch of others prior to that.... I have always been a little choosy Then one day her toon was gone from my list. She gotten me to SF with a couple of her friends and we were are just puzzled over what had happened..she had disappeared from everyones list. I slowly removed all of her friends as I started to play TEST more and more. My first Test SF was a old teen / young woman from British Columbia name Christy. She had 111 laff when that was close to max.... just after CashHQ was out and everyone left TEST. She was great and helped Varmint out alot on Test. She would show up and 'force' me to do my tasks and work gags... Philly Blue I think was friends with her too. I met Granny Of Nine there in DDocks and we became SFs in Minnies....many moons ago. I may name a toon after her toon....it was a good and unique name. I have kept her on my list hoping one day she will return.


Vampire was what I called her job...it was easier than her real jobs name. She drew blood for a living and sometimes worked strange hours.
