I try my best to be there skip but not sure I have a lot of packing to do yet I have a plane to catch 1 AM OCT. 7 going back east I'll try to be there sometime during the day if not hope everyone has a good time

This time Daffy, Silly Bubbles have all their promotions in hand. Spike Sournerd even has his merits. I'll be in and out in the earlier part of the day. I have a wedding to to attend.

What is Tester?

Some of us have signed up and recieved a Test account. The Test account is on the Test Servers. This is where ToonTown(TT) installs the new releases and hopes that the TT testers finds bugs / issues / problems before the code goes to Open (where the general public plays). There is a link at the bottom on the main signon page on TT where you can put your name on the list to become a tester. Some get onto Test quickly and others wait for years. It is Random of who gets a Test account. There is no cost for the additional account and you have to start all over just like you did when you first started to play TT. They will not transfer big toons from your Open account to your Test account.Test is quiet - only 2 servers (districts) and you can go for hours without seeing anyone. Invasions are not the normal so Gag working is done the old way...thru hard work Mr. Green

Well said, Varmint, well said! Yes, Test is the place for toons who thrive on the unexpected or the Wild-Side! It's exciting to log on and never quite know for certain if all is the same or changed, and whether things will go smoothly or fall apart at the hands of those dastardly cogs.

However, one should also note that the folks playing on test are also typically all sharp experienced players, and they generally demonstrate a friendly helpful attitude. The other day I was playing my Test-pig (at that time I think I was ~48 laff). I found myself needing some Money Bags, and went to Dreamland. I was befriended by a great lil 107 (?) laff duck who patiently worked the streets with me as we picked em off one-by-one. Did I mention that hte duck's gags were all maxed and didn't need to work anything but sound, and I believe that was for the gag lvl 7 back-up. They even expressed sadness that they had to leave before I reached my needed limit.

Bumping for a reminder that tomorrow's Bonanza. These are always so much fun, with Test being a ghost town atm it will be great to see a few elevators for each boss!
Lila I wish you the best moving back east, many of us will miss seeing your various toons. Hope your set up quick with a PC, and back on TT real quick!

Thanks to everyone who came out to play yesterday. I was a bit worried at the early runs, as there were not a lot of people, but by the end of the night (and a couple battles after the Bonanza was over) there were tons of toons there. Looking forward to next month's Bonanza already, hopefully with the new "Boss" added!
