Yes- This is for people who have Test accounts and access to Test TT. The top district is usually Test Town but they have been known to change it around some so we just say the top district.....BTW there are usually only 2 plus the starting one where a new toons begins at (just like Open).
If you have a Test account, come on out and play!

Just a reminder for tonights help a toon! At Toonfest they told us Boss HQ could be released as early as October for testing, so it really is good timing for one of these. I will be there on Aunt Bee to help, hope to see many there!
