You know I think its kinda weird that cartoon characters can pull a stick of tnt from behind their backs but the Toontown toons have to carry them in an ultra limited stock. And why cant cartoon characters die? They get blown up by tnt and their bodies turn to ashes.Then the next time they are shown, they are exactly how they were before being blown to ashes.

Toontown is a kids game. Thats why cartoons never die. Same thing with cartoons on TV. Parents wouldn't want their children seeing bodies explode.
