There is a link called "Toonfile" at the top of the page. Once you've entered that link, scroll to the bottom, and press the browse button. There you will be able to upload a picture from your saved files.

Exactly what Goofo said. I'll just add that sometimes the avatars don't work, so make sure you keep the avatar within the measurements that it will allow. It's a lot easier to go find good avatars that are the right size at Iconator, Photobucket, Coolavatars, and also Imagechef. Good luck!

You can copy it. Point your mouse on it and right click, choose "save picture as" and then choose the file to save it in. Ask your parents to help you if you aren't sure how...then it's saved in that file for you. I made a folder called "avatars" to save all that stuff in.
