Can ANYONE powerful help me with my toontasks? I need cashbots, lvl 9 cogs, lawbots, and cogs. HELP!!!!! I really want to start my law suit.

I agree you ARE powerful! At this stage I would be doing VPs and CFOs for the level 9s, and soloing buildings in DD and DG for the lawbots.
Sorry, I haven't played in awhile and can't help.  Going to the TTF CFOs will help with all those tasks but the lawbots, though!

Definitely get there for the TTF runs in VP and CFO. That will give you plenty of cashbots, level 9 cogs and cogs! Plus, a fun group to work with  .
I would try some 5 story buildings in the Brrrghh in a busy districts for your lawbots. Lots of toons generally running around trying to get early notices by doing buildings.
