Ok when i fought the VP today there was a very strong toon playing on my team
It was also the only one with toon-up.....
Anyway this toon was very mean
his name was oatmeal
one toon on my team used sound on a lured cog and oatmeal became mean
he refused to toon-up this poor toon which eventually became sad
he replied to my many "that wasnt nice" with "its a jungle out there" and "That will learn ya!!"
I was furious

I don't know why people are like that. Sometimes people can click on sound and lure at the same time. Then the person that clicked on lure gets mad. I've seen it happen many times. I feel bad for the person that got sad.

Was it a lavendar colored bunny with 120 something laff?
If so, he abandoned my cash uber toon in a level three cash building a long time ago. We finished the first floor, when I got on the elevator to the next floor he left. Little did he know my gags were maxed and I had TU unites so I finished it myself.
Numerous times I did bullions with him on my different toons and never had a problem. Just that one time. If you are on a lower laff toon I would stay clear of him.

Some people are extremely conscientious during cog fights. Even if it's a small mistake. Whenever a mean toon yells at you, say "I cant understand you." It really makes them angry. =]

Sometimes tiny little things will set toons off. People seem to forget that there are kids playing this game. People also seem to forget that there are RL distractions to deal with, and sometimes you have a "senior moment" and just flub up... Honestly I think the stink phrases shouldn't even be there, but that is my opinion. I generally don't stink anyone unless they are deliberately being mean (and yes, you can tell, when you are tricked into battling in the warehouse then they start making fun of you while waiting for an invasion before defeating the foreman). The thing we did in this case was defeat a set of cogs because the toon in question was late entering the room (the timer was at 1 when we heard the door open, and I was on my uber, I was afraid of going green...). Anyway about the only thing you can do is make your own "Most Unwanted" list. My guess is that most of the time these are older kids/adolescents who are skilled enough to get their toons over the 100 lp level, and feel they are "masters of the game" but have really no concept of being nice, they may feel they are "invincible" and don't need to help anyone out...

I strongly agree, What were they thinking? Of course kids would abuse this knowing that it gets a rise out of kids especially when they are right in your face
Though I love it with friends, it can be fun! However I do think it should be omitted due to the fact it is obviously very hurtful to children

I just have to say though, it is a good idea when friends want to have some fun! Especially with TTF and TT, it can come in quite handy if you're doing grief runs.

The stink phrases can be fun when used with friends, but still, there are times I have been on (in River especially) on one of my baby toons, and had random "big" toons come over and start stinking for absolutely no reason, usually in TTC (maybe they thought my name was too creative, who knows?!?) and then have other toons (obviously sf) come tp in and start doing the same. In those cases they are used to intimidate and harass. They are simply being bullies and displaying truly nasty behavior (well as nasty as one can be as a cartoon character). It is far more fun in my opinion to have to come up with intelligent uses of the speedchat that we do have.

Yes, believe it or not toons do do this just for fun..... I read it in horror on another site. They think its funny to watch the other toons reaction. It is sad because you know that they are probably bullies in RL too. Or maybe they are being bullied and this is there defense mechanism behind a cartoon. Who knows... You can only just ignore them and feel sorry for them. Eventually they will be reported and hopefully the parents will be aware of this behavior. O.K. now I will hand the mike over to Dr Phil!

I see that alot in River in TTC also. Especially when it comes to two or three people who are sf's talking. I Was on my black cat the other day [who is still a 17 laff...lol] and i was talking to my friend and a TON of people came up and started stinking us and telling us to use the speedchat. I usually just ignore it, and say "Sorry, i cant!" when they tell me to use the speedchat. I was told the stink phrases were meant to be "towards the cogs". Hmmm. OH YEAH....Hi everyone..this is my first post here

My location fits this poat perfectly . This is the EXACT reason that i am working on the button. (Read my location). Wel not eact but the random stinking fits in #2. My #1 is that people discriminate WAY too much against soundlesses. I think the sound thing fits in with RL too. Ex. These people who think it is too slow without sound are most likely one dimensional.Ex2. They probably also want everything to be rushed and will never wait for anything. I mean come on just think the soundlesses have to get through these DA's too to get notices or go through buildings Quit being morons you ignorant, cruel, sound users. Trust me i dont think that no one should have sound. But i think EVERYONE should at the LEAST have COMMON SENSE and COURTEOUSY. I dare all cruel sound users to do what they thought they would NEVER EVER do. I dare them to MAX laff as a soundless toon. They have to MAX their toon's laff as a soundless toon. I know this dare can't go public which really steams me(Like a steamed vegtable but i'm smarter). Sorry didn't mean for it to turn into a rant about cruel sound users.

It's an unnecessary situation when chatters are invaded by passers-by who want Speed-chat to be used. It's also an unnecessary situation for stinking to occur between random toons who happen to disagree with the other's gag choices (unless they are choosing to intentionally make someone's toon go sad).
Disney has kindly provided the "hose" to put out the unnecessary fires. When confronted this way, I typically will answer with a "Thanks a Million!". I follow that up with a "You are awesome!". Finish it off with a "Let's play again!". Usually the antagonists disappear after giving me a "confused" emote of a "Huh?" reply. For me, it seems excess kindness just overrides the difficulties most times.
