In the way back beginning of towntown there where 10 toons. Now these toons were the toon council. They made all the choices for ToonTown. Back then Flippy wasn't the leader. His Brother was,. Tippy. And as you might guess Tippy was a lot better of a leader, but that my friend is where the story i'm about to tell you starts.
As the council made the choices to start building ToonTownCental, Tippy had made a robot suit that he could where to help build TTC! But the other council members weren't sure if this was the best idea. But back then li'old man was a lot more trust full and told them to give it a try. As they started building, Micky and Minne went out and told toons to come to toontown. They finished TTC very quicky. But Flippy started seeing some changes in his brother, he was a lot less play full and always tell toons "why are you having fun!" But he told his brother when he wold take the suit off every thing would go back to his old self. But has they finnish DDL he was so change. Infact almost all the toons in toontown saw his change. So the council kicked him off. And thats how Flippy became the new leader. But Flippy felt like he stole something from his brother.
As days past and months and then years more and more toons started living in toontown. And Tippy had to take off his suit because he was just telling toons bad things insulting them like never before! And when he took his suit off and made him worse and being kicked off the council didn't help much.
All he wanted was to get revenge on his brother and all the others all he could think about(was this sentence, "All you ungrateful toons who took everything away from me! will feel my lost and despair) After a few days of that going though Tippys head, HE GOT AN
. If all the toons said that his mood change with the suit on. He would build millons and hundreds of these robot suits to take over toontown! They would be bissesies e like and they would be called cogs! First off he started building 4 big cogs and told to go some where in toontown and build factorys and make more cogs. They did as they were told. Mean while Tippy was making more robot suits until he had a whole army of robot suits.
Back at toon hall the council was making a plan for the grand completion of toontown! Tippy on the other hand had a micromanger seek in and listen to every thing they were saying. Perfect Tippy said when the meeting was over I will lunch my full scale cog attack on TT when the have opening!

Let us bring in Flippy to cut the ribbon to open TT! "WAIT" a vocie called. It was Tippy. "What is it Tippy Flippy asked". "Uhnnmmm I just want to say I'm sorry for making you all feel sad when I had the suit on.'' Yu You do Flippy asked." NO! Said Tippy FULL SACLE COG ATTCAK!!!!!! The army of cogs he made came flying in making havoc all over the place. The council used there level 7 protype gags that they had made. Just then just as it look like the cogs would win. Flippy and Tippy's little brother and came in with his level 8! gag. All he did was push a button and a dimsotion gag came out of nowhere and suck all the cogs in. Nooo! Tippy said as he too got sucked into the hole! You haven't seen the last of me!!!! Tippy said. as he dissapered ind to the gap as it closed.
