hello from new addict
View Single PostView Single Post

Hi, My name is Matt and I'm a Toonaholic. phew...
There I said it.
I started the account for my 3 year old and now it's not so secretly MINE. We play the same toon a little yellow duck that is usually dressed mismatched like a clown (my 3 year old is in charge of the dressing). He has, or HAD his own toons and one day he clicked on mine and saw all the gags and now I can't get him to use his own toon anymore. Oh well, at first I was worried about my toons "reputation" around TT, if I'm not watching him play he does some strange things sometimes. He really likes to go to TT Central and blast level 1 cogs with my opera singer or wedding cakes, he also likes to use up my SOS toons...restocking the lvl 10-16 toons with LURE and Toon up....I Know, I know, they don't even have those gags yet and it drives me crazy...but he's only 3. Maybe I'll spend the time to build another Toon's LP's up but for now if you see us in TT you can tell if it's me because I do speedchat...if its him he doesn't do much talkin'.....just blastin' cogs. (I apologize in advance if you find yourself battling the VP and he's there with nothing but toon up or he blasts lured cogs with a fog horn. If you see us online come say "welcome to town town" and we'll know you are a TTF.

By the way...where is the Petition to sign to raise the Laff Point lvl that allows toons to fight the VP? I am new here and already SICK of this one.
Your Cog suits drop off and you find out your lined up to battle with toons that look like this 3/36 24/46 15/41 and the first thing they are saying is, I need a toon up! we are in trouble!

oh my...I wanna scream.
just because they snuck in with 6 other 100+ toons and made it, one time...they think that's always going to happen?
Like I said, my 3 year old does some strange playing sometimes but he's trying, even he understands the need for more LAFF points before you can go some places.

Hope to see you out there!

Well hello there from another TT addict. You'll find similiar stories as yours all around here. Me included. You should try some of our boss runs here. We have some rockin' toons here. And our success rate is pretty high. But I wouldn't worry so much over 34-40 laffers with this group. I have a 38(39?) laffer that is maxed in 4 gags tracks (throw, squirt, sound, drop). Hope you enjoy it here and hope to see you at the boss runs.

Howdy & Welcome to TTF!

Join us on a VP run or two... we'll have full laff Mr. Green maybe 30 out of 30 or 40 out of 40 but we'll have them all. You'll find that TTFers like low Laff and High Gags!

I understand what you are saying... I ran a VP Saturday and a 53 laff toon came in with 17 laff and wanting a TU... Good Grief! Let's Fight the Cogs!

Always good to meet a fellow addict! I was SO PROUD when I worked my son's toon (our first toon) up to a Level 7 squirt (our first level 7 anything) - "look what mommy got, Woo Hoo" and he runs out and geysers a level 2 in the street. I just about died!!! But I kept my mouth shut, and then I made my own toon and eventually got my own account, and my own geysers (HANDS OFF!). Smile

Hello there and welcome to TTF!

Don't think you'd get too many of us sign this one without some re-wording. For many of us you might find a HW50 suit falling off to reveal a 20 or 30 laff toon . . . however, we'd never go in with less than we had. I was in a VP the other day on my 15 laff toon (both her tracks maxed) and found myself with a toon that was a CC1 with 1/68 laff and NO gags calling for a TU. My only response to him was "Nice Doodle". Good Grief!

Hope to see ya at a run, and thanks for the heads up - I'll know if you don't speedchat while in the pit to go grab a bigger toon instead LOL.

welcomewagon

I have a 3 year old and I am more worried of getting kicked off because she loves to stalk toons and growl at them. it would be nice if there is some way to let other toons know that the other toon that is following them around and yelling at them is a 3-5 year old, like a baby toon with a bow or a beanie cap on their head I know I run into some toons like to run up to me and growl at me and I just have to laugh because I know its another 3-5 year old stalking me and so now I know my kid isn't the only one who does this, but I have seen other toons who are not as understanding as I am so they must be the pre teens.
