I have made a couple of sellbot factory runs today and found myself inside with toons that follow you around but won't help in the battles...then they wait for the last battle and jump in...at first I thought it was just kids playing, but their speedchat was not that of a kid. Is this a common problem? ugh it's frustrating.

What size were the toons? Did they engage in battles and just not pick gags, or did they stand behind and watch? Did they need merits or have a task to defeat the foreman? Was the speedchat of the nasty kind? So many possibilities, who knows what was going on in their mind.

I've had a little toon follow me in and do just that (never engaged, just watched). I'm pretty sure that one was a lost kid just curious as to what was inside . . . the poor toon couldn't find his way out of the warehouse though and had a run-in with some goons .

Considering I can solo the factory, as long as they don't pull out a bike horn when I've lured I pretty much just ignore 'em. If they're little toons doing that and then they engage the foreman without an invasion, I may just wait and see how well they can survive on their own. Since a few updates ago, I can't do the east silo glitch (trip the switch without engaging the cogs), but before that there were 2 or 3 times where I was with some obnoxious toon that I let engage the east silo then cleared the center while they were still busy with the silo cogs

I had 1 today like that jump the vator the last sec. and did nothing which was fine by me until I clicked on him and saw the lil had no gags so i asked "got gags" and he said "yes" oh well I let him tag along I was shocked I didn't lose him.he didn't even pull the SOS thing with the doodle which was also nice too. so he got a cog part I got my merits and that was it I just wished I had a task for that 1 and got maga beans out of it but I guess I can't be too greedy

they were 30's and yes I checked their gags and they were saying "I need gags" but they had gags...they were standing back watching following along but saying "follow me". They responded appropriately to speed chat so I know they weren't just kids, my 3yo has recently learned that you get merits for the promotions in the factory so he has started running that with any toon that will go with him.

twice today they were being mean (or clueless) in speedchat exchanges, not helping us tu and such. I had sos toons so I didn't care really but it was the principle. So when they jumped in on the foreman battle after I had them lured I knew they were doing it on purpose. I don't mind helping little toons out but not unless they are trying to help. Oh, the 2 times I had the toon drop in the foreman battle...I "lagged" until they were green. oops
the other stalker toon got caught on the opposite silo by himself and didn't make it.
Unbelievably I maxed squirt out tonight and was going to use it in the VP battle I was planning to make with my new Mingler suit...and this time I think I ran into my first "greifer" he kept blowing trumpets on lured cogs and kept saying "sorry" "ok" of course he didn't have tu and neither did any of the others except for a feather. I missed playing an sos and I went green and lost my Geysers! and wedding cake Grrrr! (I got another one ) (or two) already though so.... 1 More piece to my cashbot suit and I can't find it (task) anywhere...do I have to finish the 200 jellybean task first?

This has happened to me as well....if they have no gags stop by the lava room and let them get some.

i hate the (stalker toons) all they do is follow you and i was playing with my friend we kept telling him to go away but he did not and i told my friend i need to fight some bloodsuckers and he went and tried to get them before me and my friend.Also when we got in battle kept useing a high lvl sound like on lvl 3 cogs and i cant use my throw

Ok now I am running into toons that are worse than the "stalker" toons. I have made a couple of CB mint runs and these Yahoos will go in with you and maybe they fight a battle or two, or a couple of times they went almost to the end...then you see them pull out their book and say HA HA as they jump in their hole....what is up with this? I wanna jump through the screen and choke the life out of their toons. I know it's not a getting booted issue since they usually say HA HA before they leave...arrrrrrrghh. It was so bad that I actually left back to the playground to try and find them to tell them "you stink"...and had I found them I would have dedicated the rest of that day's play to follow them around and tell them they stink.
Also, how do toons jump through their hole right in the middle of a battle? That has happened too, and it stinks.

I understand the feeling. However, for some idiotic reason, that is what they want you to do. They derive pleasure from other people's inconvenience. However they would be the first to stink (and talk ugly) about you if you did the same thing.

Case in point. I had my wife's toon out to help with a mint. A 4th person shows and I decide to leave her there to check the status of invasion. Not once, but twice did they move her into a mint elevator before i could catch them. The third time I caught someone, I whispered to them "That's a monkey off my back!" And they whispered "You stink...You need more laff points." Which was a laugher because my wife's toon had maxed gags and at 109 and he was a 117.

With all that said, it's a waste of your time to go after those creatons. Stink'em if you must. Chase them a bit - if you must. Don't let it consume your activities to the level you mentioned. Cuz they will seek you out and do it again.

The only question about your hole in the middle of battle is "Are your laff points gone when this happens and you are back at the playground?" If so, that is what I call a "sad glitch". Has happened to several people here.

Oooh yes... moochers. How I not envy them. I hate it most when people wanna do V.P runs but they have tons of missing laff points and no gags on them.

Luckily I haven't ran into that much at all. But ONCE...we were fighting theCFO and the kitty toon kept saying she didn't have any gags, which was fine because the rest of us handled it just fine, but when the battle of the cogs was over and we were on our way into the room with the safes I checked her gags and she had all of her max gags and at least one of all the 4 5 and 6 lvl gags.

Hee hee, that annoys the heck out me when I'm playing because it's always the same idiotic toon that does it over and over and never seems to get kicked off the crane by the CFO or goons. You think they'd learn after putting the safe on his head 5 times.

If you're talking about last night's CFO there was a blue dog that followed me there that I had done buildings with before hand to get Cog bucks like an 80 something or maybe 91. If it was him I think he made a couple of odd gag choices too (no problem) but then in the boss I was on a crane and had just caught a goon and had a good swing going and I saw blue dog toss the safe on his head and thought NO!!!!!

Jumping in the hole in the middle of battle; It's not me it's them...and it looks just like they chose the option RUN! when you are battling cogs in the street. It's not an option for me in the mint. And they usually say ha ha or I gotta go before it happens. Maybe they are just shutting their computer down?

Sometimes when you are unexpectedly disconnected, it looks like you threw a hole.
So, unless the toon has been showing bad behavior I'm guessing this has happened (especially with TTFers).

I ran into some difficult toons lately in the coin mint. Lime Cat will take anyone along that wants to go. Unfortunately, twice the toon couldn't get though the obstacle course. Both times, I tried to show them how but after about 10 minutes, I had to abandon ship. You need to practice the course on your own time (I know my daughter and I spent our time doing so!).

I have this happen a lot, and it's very annoying. Bad enough if the kids are cheating, which teaches them that they can "get away with it" by slacking and not playing fair ... to have apparent adults setting the example is pitiful. There should be a way for adult players to report this kind of behavior.

There's been a lot of older threads brought up lately. YAY OLD THREADS (at least yay for the good ones)! The obstacle course was easy to learn. It only took me 2 tries to do it. Maybe the past video game experience has finally paid off!!!

Yesterday one was doing that to me and another low laff toon. I can do a factory by myself (I have) but I don't have lure so I take a few hits. I was not about to take any hits for that jerky little toon. It is the principle of the thing. If you are on to play. THEN PLAY. I understand a pass here and there for a low laff but do not stand directly behind me while I do all the work. I never ever let these toons do it the easy way. I told the other low laff to go back to the playground. I added that toon and helped her finish her skelecog task.

Misterchipper..yes, you do have to finish that task.

TT gives you the option to either display fullscreen or windowed. When your settings are windowed, you can just close the window (with the regular red X top right part in windows)
in the middle of the battle, and it will log you off, but to everyone else, they see you jump into your hole.

Interesting, I have been in the bullion the last few times and someone has alted or left between battles. Deliberately. The two other toons and myself opted to stay and finish and won but I am disturbed by the amount of attempted griefing going on these days. And yes AAAARRRRGGG to those trying to go fight the VP on "not full laff points" laff and not full on gags, AAARRRRRGGG, and they always reply that they have gags.

Still love the game and won´t be discouraged by low-lifers.
