I would love to have the "owoooo" phrase if someone has it and can gift it to me I could gift them something in return. I am known as "Lady Jellyroll Kookynugget" on toontown. Email me back and if you have it we can pick a place and time to meet and be friends on toontown so we can trade gifts.

A lot of my toons have gotten it in their first cattlelog. So I figure with my first toon, I just didn't know I wanted it till it was too late!
If you can't find it after awhile, and have some time to kill, you might try making new toons. I bet you will get it after a few, then you can fish for a bit and gift it to yourself.

Do you want the phrase for the sound or the phrase itself? If you want the sound, get a Secret friend, then by using chat, type in ANYTHING with 3 consecutive(in a row) o's. You will now make the desired sound. If you want it for the phrase, ignore everything I just said. Now, I highly recommend doing what Lady Z suggested ( you learn to take her advice or....... ouch  ).

Making the sound in sf chat will work if you just want to hear it for yourself, but non-sfs will just hear "meow meow meow" as usual. SO if you want everyone to hear it, you'll have to have the phrase.
You can ask your teacher about the variations in shades of pink and red and find out for sure (note - my kindergarten daughter knows  ).

Whatever! She's in kindergarten. Mine's in kindergarten and today she thinks she can fly  So your point is???? 
BTW I made 3 new toons. None got the phrase. Back to square one. Wish TT had a thingy where you could pass all the new teachings by clicking "yeah BTDT and you don't have to tell me all this stuff again"

Hey Lady Jellyroll! We did a couple of buildings in DDl a few days ago!
Anyways, I didnt even know that was a phrase you could buy! I just thought by doing the ooo thing in the sf window you made it 0.o. I've never seen it in my cattalogs either. But I just made another new toon so I'm gonna check...

I THINK I have that phrase on a baby toon that's only used for "stuff"... Know as of yesterday I did. I'll go check and PM you if I do.
UPDATE: Yes I do have it... Need to do some fishing and will send it on over.

that was pretty much the first phrase i got but not on any of my other toons, sorry i font think theres a way to send it from my phrases to your mailbox 
i usually just type ooooooooooooooo in true friends chat, same thing hehe
