Fog in Donalds Dock

Yesterday morning I was in Nutty River and went to Donalds Dock for gags (why? I don' know. Its always too busy in there now), and it was foggy!!! Not just a white screen, but it looked like fog. I was standing outside the gag shop and could barely see the island and the HQ. I went back to fight cogs with my friends, afterward one of my friends went to the dock and saw it too. There was no other way to describe it, but fog. My sister went a little later and she did not see it. I haven't seen it since. Are we going crazy? Did anyone else see this? Is it a glitch?

I've seen it in DDL but not DD... I saw a LOT of wierd graphics yesterday....gray screen cogs doing wierd stuff...a geyser gag graphic and no body played it. I also noticed I was getting for example throw experience when I didn't use a throw gag...my throw is at 0 to go so it didn't help any Rolling Eyes

I also noticed at the end of a few runs when we were dancing My gags that were at 0 to go, reset to 500! and it said I earned the gag ______. and I never even used them! I was working on my Drop and rarely used anything else, and I kept seeing points for gags I didn't use...hmmm.
Immediately after BBHQ release I thought TT had been running the smoothest it ever has, no freezing etc...yesterday was the exception for sure.

That's what they told me also Tina. I did go ahead and update DirectX, and still was booted, right out of the CFO (like countless other times in the past few days...), but when I came back, twice more just standing on the steps of Cash. I'm not sure in my case that it is just Boss though, for my son playing WoW on his new computer (Vista also), but on a hard line, keeps getting booted too! What's nice is that we have these up to date computers that boot the programs faster than fast. Wish it would bring you right back to the battle you were in though. Shocked

the boot is to be expected... for all the seasoned toons anyway..
cant have a major addition(thats NOT completely ready) to a program and expect complete smoothness
thats why i apologize to everyone before we start anything... heehee

as for the fog in the dock... it comes and goes... just like real fog... it has to do with thier system time i think ... more fog in the morning and at night, etc.... if you stay in the dock long enough... like i did waiting for some friends... you could actually see it clear up and the sun comes out... and then it will get foggy every so often.... but theres more fog now a days due to the increased number of toons there...

but on another note... anyone know if they're gonna add to Acorn acres? streets, gag shop, hq, etc.? or at least the ability to tp there! its getting really frustrating going back and forth and having to RUN the whole way... unless you have some friends in BBHQ... which most of the time i dont Sad

I was getting booted a ton but then I did the port TRIGGERING that I got from another post and haven't been booted since. (knock on wood). Let me know if you want that info.

I have had that happen to me but after leving the boss battle (VP I think)
it was at 0 when I hit the home key. I basically ignore it if it happens.
