Call me a monkey's uncle, but I don't think anyone LIKES that screen. Haven't seen it in a while though. I wish I could say " What is that?"

Especially when you are in a building alone on the last floor and when you log back in your looking for you contacts on the playground and lost all you level 7's.

Oh that screen gives me nightmares! If you're in a boss battle or building, it's always a pain if you lose all your gags when you come back online. It's so annoying!

Still working on figuring out why I keep getting the boot. Hubby will be home this weekend, and I'll have him check it out. I have gone ahead and disconnected the firewall, but it still happens, although not as much.
I've gotten to the point of not doing anything but CFO's for it doesn't bother me as bad to know that I discoed from there...I'm maxed there on Cutie. BUT, IF I were in a "D" DA, or in the CEO, or a CJ, I think I'd be a little more than ticked. (I was in a CEO twice today...POOF!!!) In the few hours that I played this morning, I think I discoed at least 5 times. I'm thinking it's either Vista, the router (Doubt it's the router), firewall settings, or it's my cable company?!? I'm not a happy camper.

When we had this issue, it WAS the router. Hubby was convinced it wasn't, but it was!
A long time ago I was dropping all the time and ended up plugging in rather than using the wireless. So if you're on wireless, you could at least give that a try.

We have a brand new gaming router (Was pretty expensive as router's go...), the only thing I can think on that is MAYBE hubby didn't put it on correctly. BUT, the arguement there, is that Richie who's on a hard line, keeps discoing from WoW....where he never did before. (Vista? Firewall? Cable line?)
As far as being wireless, yes, I did hook on up on a hardline as well, and did experience a couple of boots in about an hour worth of play.

lol I had that pop up sooo many times before I actually had it as my avatar for a while! In my case it was with my brand new router...... It was a matter of the settings in the router..... trigger porting stuff and all that foreign stuff to me

I have had a few boots since I got my new lappy, but not nearly as many as you have Kari...maybe hubby can tweak it this weekend and fix it all up...maybe it is just the settings for the router. Because surprisingly I haven't had any issues with Vista, well with TT anyway...*knocks on wood*

Kari, we had to do a few changes to the settings on our router - even though the one is "hardwired" it goes through the router and so it was router settings that needed changing. If I can find the link to that old post, I will post it here for you. It may be of some help. I had been getting booted constantly until I found those settings.

Grrrr I despise that screen >.< it deserves to die. I actually get it a lot but that's because the internet connection at my school is EVIL! I'll be connected to the internet for hours on end and then all of a sudden, POOF!, gone. And it's not just TT, It's my entire internet connection. My messengers, TT, Internet Explorer, and WoW. This disco lasts for... well, sometimes it lasts for minutes, sometimes it lasts for days. Talk about frustrating!
