where they go

I bet they are like someone said...they will lead to different HQ's depending on which statue you have planted and you will need a max shovel.

Or as my sister and I have sadly decided. It leads to an underground Toontown. Tada!

Someone mentioned Enchanted in a previous post. Well, if you watch the little extra video clip on the DVD regarding the chipmunk, Pip (must be Chip and Dale's cousin), he has an adventure to get the prince to go after Giselle. He goes through the sewers--rides on a little raft. Its not a very long scene, but it sure made me think of this topic on TTF. Smile

TerrKan :
The toon resistence is soon to be put to the task of tunneling between their estates and the four HQs, which tunnels will be hidden underneath statutes in our yards, and only the weary toons who've maxxed their shovels will be granted authority to dig. The tunnels will at some point breach the infrastructure of Toontown and infiltrate the TT sewer system. Deadly cog rats roam these sewers, and the underground passages are fraught with danger. But, somewhere down in this dank and dark place, is a Cool Teenage Spot, run by Donald Duck's extended family (whose family tree is painted in bright colors in a mural on the wall) and poor Goofy, who has been banished from his home town of Duckburg, Calisota. Certain toons who are as yet unsure of the tunneling conspiracy theory are currently glued to their TV sets waiting for breaking news of sewer cover sightings, which news releases are primarily contained in the movie, "Enchanted."

I really, really hope that's what happens with the sewers, which I can't seem to find. Maybe I'm blind...or dumb Smile anyway i guess we'll find out sooner or later. or like Banthadude Nachopop was saying, it'll be a whole new world, sewer rats and all.

My thinking on this is that Disney has locked into a game update every year or year and a half. Makes sens, to keep us gamers interested. So I figure we have to wait about 6 to 10 months for rumors to start leaking from Disney about the next major game update. At that time things will start to come clearly into confusion.

Rats... I HATE rats! Nasty lil furballs worthy of being snake fodder, if you ask me. and tunnels? I've been in a few tunnels and my experience is that travel in there is harder than on a sidewalk. If Disney makes that the next upgrade, I'm betting there will be some hard challenge in there, more than the new CEO which will have to be earned again. Perhaps the maxed shovel will serve as an access key to newer and more challenging cog-sideous goings-on.

i can't see Rats being used at all (don't forget A MOUSE runs TT) Robot Rats MAYBE...but even then, it's a stretch. The COOLEST thing would be an alternate underground TT with different gags or a gag transformation when you go into the sewers. I still think TerrKan is on it with the max shovel passageway to different HQ depending on what statue you have at the time.

Add to all this there is still the issue of what's going on in Chip/Dales. The blocked street.....no HQ or other blds there. An empty slate with 2 dancing chipmunks.

Yeah, it currently seems to serve no purpose, and I have no clue what could be behind the blocked street.
