Well, first I didn't find a site feedback forum. So, I went to the next best thing. This forum. Anyways, what I wanted to ask was shouldn't there be more forums under the other disney games categories? For example.
"Toon Town Online"
"Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom"
"Club Penguin"
Just a suggestion. Also, I have heard about someone called the thingamagigfariy? Or something close to that. I would like to ask who is she? I hear that she changes user titles. I mean im fine with being a toontorial toon but I would like to know is she an actual member/staff or is she just a made up character?

The Thingummyjig Fairy moves this post to the Site Feedback forum.
We haven't had anyone ask for other game forums before, so I suppose we just have no reason to have them here.

Isn't Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom" dead at the end of May? No sense in having one if the 'promotional item' is dying.

VMK is most certainly not dead. Trust me. Also, I was wondering for the past TTF run forum. Maybe you could make it a subforum in the current TTF run forum to save space?

Thousands Protest, Sign Petitions Over Closing Of Disney Online Game
ORLANDO, Fla. -- More than 11,000 people have signed a petition to save Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) after an announcement was made that the site will be closing.
The free Disney VMK gaming site debuted in 2005 as part of an online promotion for the company's 50th anniversary. The game has continued to grow in popularity.
Currently, there are more than 15,000 players who chat and game every day, Local 6 reported.
"You can form some tight friendships in here and to lose them all, it is very sad," VMK player Brianna Gill said.
Some parents were angered over Disney's decision to close the game and have begged the company to reconsider.
"Just because it is a virtual game as far as friendship goes does not make the friendships any less real," angry parent Kenny Gill said.
"VMK was created as an online promotion," Katie Gerber of the Walt Disney Internet Group said. "It exceeded our expectations…to the point that we left it open much longer than originally anticipated. All good promotions must come to an end."
"A promotional thing is one thing but we are talking three years," Gill said.
Some well-known Disney bloggers have discussed the end of VMK in recent weeks.
"Needless to say, this is causing an uproar among the games fans who have invested time and effort in building their characters, rooms and friends in VMK," John Frost of The Disney Blog wrote earlier this month.
Disney will formally conclude its 50th promotional online game as of May 21, 2008, the savevmktoday.com site reported.

Can you imagine what it would be like if TT closed up? It would most likely be the end of this site and others like it. I know that I would be extremely angry because of all of the time that I had put into it would be washed away. I just really can't imagine it. On the plus side, I really don't see that happening any time soon because it seems like TT isn't really losing members, and it's definitly earning Disney a profit.

Well, gagy, we like it this way, and there are actually reasons for all of it. Thanks, though.

and as far as TT closing...
I think there would be ALOT more protest than VMK
simply because we PAY for TT... VMK is free .... BIG difference...
I dont think Disney would mess with people when it comes to their money
*wishes The Thingummyjig Fairy would visit her avatar and leave a title under her pillow*

Hmmm. Site is called Toontown friends. Perhaps there is a VMK or Club Penguin Friends somewhere else online? I know TTC has at least some of these other games on their site you may want to check out.

No trouble at all. My kid is sad VMK is closing but Disney had made up their minds on this on. Bottom line is... it's not a money maker. They want to spend their time and resources on Pirates and TT. I have a feeling this was the plan when they began Free acconts on TT.
Suggestions and ideas are always welcome...but as the name says, Toontown Friends. I've never heard of Club Penguin.

Club Penguin is the newest Disney Game. It got bought by Disney around September of 07. However, since so many people like VMK. Maybe they can make it pay to play?
One more qustion. I looked at the rules. And, I couldnt find any rule about when a thread is in-active for a certain period of time it becomes locked. So, im sort of confused. Lets say a post is from 7/7/07 and then the next post is 4/15/08 do we report that post?

No, the mods will handle archiving old threads when WE decide they are old. Please don't create extra work for us by reporting threads you think are too old! In fact, the staff here has everything else under control, too.
We don't mind suggestions, but I personally would rather new members hang out for awhile and get to know us before sharing your ideas. I mean, if you dislike it so much, there are tons of other TT sites you can try. I mean no offense by that. But jumping in with criticism in every post is hardly the way to win friends and influence people.
As for other games, this is a ToonTown site. There are undoubtedly sites out there for other games. TTC has forums for most of those you mentioned, so you might want to try there. At the moment, we don't havel the need.

Actually, I didnt say that I hated TTF. I just had a few questions about things. I hope it didnt seem that I was complaining or anything. I also first thought that the threads on the homepage were news threads. Not the newest threads. So thats why I assumed spam was allowed. I sincerly apoligize about that and I hope you guys can forgive me.

There is a nice forum for VMK. It is called VMK Magic. My daughter posts there and posts and posts (little spammer!). She is willing to pay for VMK, if they would keep it!

Well, I think it is great that you care about the site so much that you are sharing your ways to improve it. But, I guess the mods know what they are doing, otherwise they wouldn't be mods.
