I would hope somebody wouldn't double toon a boss battle like that and just "park" their toon at the snack window. Sad

To me that's as bad as working gags during boss battles. I agree with the original poster in that you CAN'T JUDGE A TOON BY HIS LAFF. I (we) are a 111/112/113 depending on when you read this LOL and sometimes it is my 3 YO driving...although he is A LOT BETTER than some adults I have seen on TT, he can't read so he doesn't know when people are asking for certain gags. He has heard me say many times doing random things that WE ALL CAN'T TU! SOMEBODY HAS TO HIT THE COGS! So he frequently ignores small damage and Throws SOMETHING!
I think we have all been on both sides of the shuffle. I try not to ever shuffle,but if I can't see the elevator, I'm jumping off (stinky big suits). I have gotten on MANY elevators lately(bosses), only to see 2 were gone when we cut to the inside of the elevator...disco? alting? doesn't matter...it happens.
I have had many "similar" experiences with toons jumping into the Foreman battle before I even get out of stepping on the switch...if you aren't going to WAIT FOR ME! then I'm not in ANY rush to go save you. Likewise...when I need 5500 merits and there is no invasion going on but we are in a district where one is surely coming soon...then I AM WAITING! (if I believe that you won't make it out) SORRY! I always do the "wait a minute" "lets catch the next one" etc... I run into this ALL the time because I don't care WHO I do factory with...I'll do it alone, so I don't care who wants to tag along, problem with that is, they don't understand how the Merits work with invasions and they just wants their suit part.
I tend to give "seniority" to higher laughs...until they do something that proves them unworthy. I see those HUGE suits with 128 laugh cowering in the corner by the snack window and LAUGH. "oh well".
I also understand the shuffle in some Boss battles like CFO and CJ...CFO a Vator full of SC's almost Gaurantees 2 of them are aspiring Haberdashers and think the CFO needs a new Helmet, every time you get the last one they put on knocked off. Rolling Eyes

CJ (it happened last night) me and a big wig with all bottom feeders...I spent Half the battle "chatting", "STOP THAT!" "YOU NEED TO STUN THE COGS!" those circle jerk TU sessions DRIVE ME CRAZY! I wanna help them get their new suits but they don't want to help themselves or the team...IF you survive to dance, it usually takes twice as long, and sometimes I just don't have that much time.
I personally agree with others here in that if it is somebody here that did it, name them! PM Nanner or Varmint and discuss it with them if you don't feel comfortable airing it here. I BET they know them if they are well known here and can offer some rational explanation or at least mediate it to a comfortable resolution. Anger is just Karmic weeds in our Tooniversal Garden.
There was a point where I thought, "I'm going to keep a 'list' of all these stinky toons and either avoid them or pay them back" but I quickly realized that It would take too long to catalog and organize that huge list, AND, the first time I thought I had run into someone on my list...it was a duplicate name so i had the wrong toon... Embarassed

For me...it is hard to tell a teenager from an adult...certainly a 13- 15 yo understands sarcasm so they may appear to be an adult, when a 15 yo is anything BUT. So I get upset sometimes...but it only fuels the fire to react so i usually do the "you Rock" thing or "you are awesome" just so they don't get their coveted title from me..."You Stink!"

Wise Donkey - I've witnessed some pretty awful behavior in this game, too. Usually it's someone I don't know, and I chalk it up to a kid. A few times I've known it was an adult, and I find that especially appalling. I'm sorry you witnessed poor behavior in action, and I'm even more sorry if it was an adult from this site.

I'd be interested to know who from this site was nasty in TT. I'm new around here and don't really know anybody on this site. I've attended quite a few of the TTF runs and I'm here to tell you that last night I DESERVED a 'you stink' out of the nice people on this site and did not get one. Not one stink after how horribly I played in the CFO. Truly stinky playing on my part and afterward everyone was still nice to me.

There are some nasty players out there and some may be adults but I can't see any of that behavior coming from the adults here.

I have to say that since I have taken to going to boss battles with just TTF and CCG, I rarely see much bad behavior. Factories I do run with some randoms, but the behavior is usually dumb and not actually mean. A lot of times, I run with friends or solo. Mints seem to be ok generally - personally I will shuffle toons that don't have at least SOME level 6 gags for the bullion.

I would like to know the 'well-known toons from this site' that were mean.

In response to these two, I was in River, and there was an invasion, and no one said "wait a minute". And also, I'm 15 and I'm about as close to an adult in behavior (good adults, not the abusive, swearing kind) as you can get.

If there was an invasion then there would be no reason to say "Wait a Minute"? Otherwise the "Polite" thing to do is to turn around and see that the other toons are with you, The toon doing your work for you,stepping on the switch, Should NOT have to tell you to wait

Yes, we'll see then. I'm not saying all (or really any) 15 year olds are mature, I'm just saying that I happen to much more mature than pretty much any 15-year-old than you'll ever meet. And also in response, I looked and the others were behind me. They were sf's (or if they weren't, they fooled me pretty well by typing random things to look like a conversation), so I'm pretty sure that it wasn't random that I got left out.

I'm CERTAINLY NOT trying to put you down Badger fan...we all know there are exceptions to EVERY rule, and judging by your posts, I bet you are one of these. But if you asked everyone here, 90% would tell you when they were 15, "I am very mature for my age" "I remember saying it myself Mr. Green

If they were TF's then I don't know what happened LOL when I'm doing runs with TF's we discuss it before the center silo about whether or not it's invasion, and if no body knows for sure, then we Wait! I griefed some TF's last night (TOTAL accident) by questioning if it was invasion or not and literally, in the 2 seconds I was typing that instead of choosing my gag (FOG) the invasion ended the milisecond I locked my gag choice in... Embarassed

My advice during that awkward time of life is...EMBRACE THE KID IN YOU! you'll have plenty of time to be an "adult" later.
Funny thing is, when you're 15 you wanna be 30 and when you get to 30....you'll wanna be 15 (or younger)! Mr. Green

Look at all The "tall 12 year olds" here LOL Laughing

That should tell you something.

No problem. I know that I should embrace being a kid, and that I'll want to be youger later in life, but right now I really basically hate most of my classmates because they're so STUPID. They are so idiotic at times, and I want to almost spite them by basically acting the opposite. Besides, my parents would probabally kill me if I acted up or didn't get straight A's. Shocked

BTW, I like your location description because I'm getting my permit in a week (assuming I can pass the test).

TTC has a rule about no posting names and yes there are a lot more toons at TTC and some of them aren't "always good" Shocked

I understand about ranting too... we all have done it...once or twice.

I don't think there is really a bad egg on this site and I believe most were so shocked that someone would act that way that was a 'known' TTFer.

Please feel free to name the toons in an "actuate" way....state what you saw.

I'm still interested in names, and you've got the all-go form Lady Z. As for Nanner's last post... that's why I love TTF much, much more than TTC. Less toons (members) = less confusion, and usually better quality toons.

JMHO, but I think by your response(s) to the comments about 15 year olds, you proved your point. If my 19, 18 or 17 year old sons had read a post like those about their age group, (and NOT disagreeing, in general, about those posts... AT ALL), they would have replied totally inappropriately, from what I would want them to... Proving them to be exactly what the original poster stated. However, I see my 12 and 10 year old daughters, in your spot one day. Wise beyond their years... Probably from living with the older brothers, lol. I say LOL because if I didn't have a sense of humor, I would have been locked up YEARS ago, (in a nut-house), from what my boys have put me through! (Also NOT saying ALL boys are like mine). But ya know what? I also would NOT want to be 15 again. Teen years are TOUGH! I constantly have to keep that in mind with my own kids. I HAVE to discipline them, but before doling out a consequence, I do in fact, reflect back to that age and try to make it appropriate. (vs. you are grounded 'til 30!)

You sound like quite the wonderful teen to have. Keep on that path. Believe me, it is for the best. But I have a strong hunch, you already know that. I just wanted to give you kudos for standing your ground and backing up with your reply, that you are a mature 15, with a mature response. I believe you will go far in life.

Yes, what may be known as "well known toons" on TTC, does not mean they are here. This is a marginally small community, in comparison to TTC... But it doesn't have a kajillion BS posts by teens, (again... GENERALIZATION ie: Who is cuter? Zach or Cody?). I like TTC too, but I go to it for basic info and TEST info. Here, most know each other. Understandable, you were totally frustrated by the behaviors I saw you had listed. But please also understand, we on TTF felt offended and wanted to know WHO, when your original post said, "Well known players here." (I may have misquoted there). I could feel your frustration in your posts, and if it is not players here, just because ppl pushed for you to name names, if it turns out it was not members here, don't feel like you are not now wanted. I think your last post, saying it may have been an error, more than covers it. You apologized profusely, and knowing the people on this site, I am sure all can be forgotten. Attend some TTF runs, and you will find a GREAT group of toons without being stunk... Unless you become good friend and then "You stink," has a whole new meaning. bhappy2

I hate when all of the little toons want to be your friends in TTC and DD, it's like spammers gone crazy. I usually just turn my friend request thingy off so I don't have to deal with that, but sometimes I forget... I can't forget that I was once that little laff, and that I would spam anyone with a higher laff to be my friend, so I don't really blame them. The only thing that does get to me is when people say "You stink!" because it's not my fault that I don't have any room on my friends list.
