How easy/hard is it?
I'm thinking of switching Zack to husband's account. (Yes LPP that was me saying hi the other day!)
That way I can play when son plays.
I read how to do it, but don't know if it is a huge ol' hassle?

I've done it. I put in the request via e-mail and it took about 4-5 days. You can still play the toons in question.
Other folks have reported doing while there was an online help person available and did it while you waited! I need to do this, too, to move my daughter's one active toon and close her account.

If you do it on livechat, they move it while you are online with them. It takes about 15 minutes. Be sure to log in while they are still online with you and check, as they moved the wrong toon on me before.

Geesh, don't know where I went wrong but took me almost 3 weeks! Emailing back and forth, on phone..... told could take few days..... week later called again...same thing send all info all over again....
The last billing date of my annual subscription I didn't know, so that took a few more top secret phone calls so they could tell me! So that part was my fault, but yes 3 weeks for me!

Had them move toons on Test too.... I got lucky that both times were quick....after updating my drivers....how could I forget

I wonder why doesnt Toon Town just let us use the same account on one computer. I mean it would probably make things a bit more efficient.
