It's a sad day for anyone when they stop going on TT. I did it 2 years ago and came back a little while ago. I'll just say that you may wind up coming back for really no good reason.

I've gotten bored with TT latey...I've been over playing Pirates of the Caribbean. I have been having fun there, but I do make a trip back on over to TT to chat and play with my friends. I'm not so concerned with building my toon too much, just enjoying the company of good friends.

I'm sorry to see a fellow Michigander leaving....I hope you come back really soon. Very Happy

Sometimes you just need to step away and enjoy new things and then come back home. Call it a vacation from TT. I play alot of different games on my computer and when I find myself ready to send bad players off to find contacts and enjoying it, I turn off TT and play my other games. I always come back though.

i completely agree with everyone. Too much TT can get pretty old. Thats why i transition. If I'm not addicted to TT, then I'm addicted to WoW. I wasn't playing for quite a long time either, then all of a sudden I decided I'd start playing it again. And now once again I'm hooked.

Or, another option. If you have any desire to make an uber, you could do that. By making an uber, you bring on a whole other game style. It is the style of, you are always in danger. It keeps you excited and on your toes. But be aware, it can get agravating if you keep losing. But when you start winning, confidence will help you win more. Also be aware that any gag missing could be fatal. But, it keeps you involved and you don't have to work on Toontasks at all unless you make your own. What I mean by this is, just set your own goals. You'll be suprised how much you get accomplished. And if you are an uber, people have said that they have a motherly instinct towards ubers. Ex. LPP said that she always keeps the ubers info screen up in VP during the pie round (LPP= Lady Petunia Purplepop). I have taken breaks from TT to play other games. I have found that after like two months of sparce playing I start again. But, no matter what you choose, I will support it. I just wanted to show that there are other options. It is never fun to lose a good addict. But, it happens. Some Granny Pickles, Crab E Dawg, Loopy (who is kinda back), Patty O Furniture, and many others. It must happen sometime though.

Banthadude - I am somewhat back. Life has just gotten in my way - working and going to school makes it tough to get much time to play, let alone get all those notices and stock options needed to max out Loopy. Then again, he only did one CEO and died, so he doesn't need options just yet Wink

Like PBB, I find that I come to the game now to play with friends, not really to build a toon. If friends aren't around, I can do some homework or something.

No. I mean COOKIES, dark side, WoW Loopy. Not Loopy Nicklegoose. Though you are back too. The only reason I say Loopy is kinda back is because she came to a run.

Best Wishes to you with your decision. I have been bored with TT on occasion. Though the biggest reason that I play is to chat and catch up with my toony friends. I have seen some come and go also as RL tends to get hectic at times. I have also experienced the drama that goes with it, though I am still trying to understand why? Anyway, good luck out there.

Playing a Sell uber had put the spice back into for me.... Create a 3 track (sound) and/or a 4 track uber and try out the VP. Makes the game interesting. I'll never max a big toon since I play my big toons less and less... I enjoy building toons and for about a year I left open and created toons on 2 Test acounts then got into Ubers on Open for the last 1.5 years or so... warm weather is always a down time for me -- Pool, travel, outdoors, family stuff takes up most of my time so when winter comes around I'm ready to play again Rolling Eyes
