Does TT send you message?
What happens when you try to log on, if you don't know you are suspended?
I keep getting the message "We encountered a problem with your log in. Please contact our customer service." Or something to that affect.
I don't know why.

I don't know. I've never been suspended. I wouldn't think you would get suspended, though. I would guess they would send you an email.

I have heard of that message from one friend who called a few times, never connected and eventually lost her account. Her other account was fine, though. Another friend had that message when she needed to update her credit card information.

Seems I knew I was suspended but not sure if that was from logging in or an email. Hope it's just a CC issue or something.

*sigh*
I can tell you.
It says right out that you violated the house rules, without being specific as to which rule. Says how long you're suspended and that you need to click, reread rules, acknowledge that you've read and understand them. Then it is automatically lifted after suspension is over.
So there must be some technical problem, would be my guess.
Hope it gets cleared up soon!

Hubby received an email telling him he was on a 72 hour suspension, he said some bad words there... Anyway, he tried to login and went in right away! So much for a suspension!
But if you are suspended, you definitely must have received an email notifying you about it.
Sorry you're having issues!

a Simple un-install re-install fixes that problem for me, it happens occassionally, looks like it's going to load but then hangs up.

"I" did nothing to get suspended.....
HOWEVER, I'm not entirely sure my son's friend didn't do something to get us suspended.
Zippy D Doda- Thank you for the number!
UPDATE
I called and talked to a nice toon representative. My account is fine- all it took was him to access my account information. I, also, tried to transfer my son's toon to my husband's account. He said I would have to file a bug report for that? He gave me my billing info, though.
He says he loves TT and plays with his granddaughter. There are 16 million users between TT and POC. Amazing!

It's good that you didn't get suspended for some reason, but if it takes you a while to fix this, it may have actually been faster to get a three day suspension.

Sounds like you and the rep had a nice little chat. Did you ask him any other questions? What are the covers for? Do I have flags by my name? Will they ever fix the lag? Do people really read the bug reports before they send out auto answers? Will there ever be anything in Chip/Dales? Why does Donald have no pants? Why don't we have shoes? ALL these questions (and more)! your new friend might have been able to answer!
Zippy you get a bill? Sheesh they just suck mine out of my CC account......

It started working as I talked to him
Nanner- you know I should've had you on the other line to ask him those awesome questions.
Next time, I will I promise!

I have a new mac laptop. I was trying to get to open by going to test and hitting play Toontown.com here.
I've discovered TT doesn't like that method. I now have to remember to type in TT.com
OH! Zack the bunny is now on my husbands account. My son and I can play together! YAY!!!
If you see zack and Curly running around, please give us a wave.
The transfer took one day. It interfered with the payment that my husbands account needed, but hey typing in the the CC info again doesn't take all that long!

After moving a toon, you still have the flower experience you already had. The trees do need to be replanted, but that's just an issue of planting and waiting.
