You'll need 4 more version 2.0 cogs. 1 at a time! 
The last bossbot suit part is in Toontown Central. Very easy task--especially after allllll those v 2.0 cogs.

That's about it. I was excited to get my boss suit about a week after the BBHQ came out, but then took a little break from it because I was so sick of the endless golf courses.
