I received this in an email, and thought it was interesting....
Gas by Zip Code
This is pretty nifty. Just enter your zip code in the site below, and it tells you which gas stations have the cheapest prices (and the highest) on gas in your zip code area. It's updated every evening. Just click on the link. You will see a map of your area and then scroll down and you will get a listing of gas prices in your area with addresses and brands starting with the cheapest and going up.

You don't post your zip code....you just enter it in for yourself, and it will tell you the cheapest places around....for your own personal use.

Yeah - it doesn't store anything and you don't have to tell us what you put in
My range was from $3.84 to 3.95.
(But, my car, the Honda Civic Hybrid is #2 in gas mileage - just under the Prius I sold on Sat)

I got $3.53 to $3.63 but they don't show this one station about 4 miles away from me that is probably a few cents cheaper.

Shows the lowest price for regular in my area is $3.58. We put Premium in the car though, so I think the lowest I've seen in my journeys today was $3.72.
Heading to the casino in IL tomorrow - I have noticed that the prices for gas are higher in IL vs around here in TN. I guess the key is just to win more than the gas costs

According to the site, gas is $3.94 at the station I just paid $4.03 on my way home today. Guess they raised their prices again today since this was last updated. Still one of the cheapest prices in town

well, im from Guam and they dont have Guam's zip code there...
Go figure, we use the same zip code system USPS and of that sorts...
Here we pay 4.39/gal for reg. and it NEVER goes down...
at least in the mainland the prices fluctuate on an almost daily basis, right?

Don't buy gas in IL, if you can help it.
When we lived in MO and would drive "home" to NY or ME, we would make sure we had a full tank before we hit IL.
But now we live in CA.
I paid $4.09 for premium- this was a 10 cent discount for shopping at the store.
Regular gas was $3.70 something.
Just went to the site
regular $3.99
4.02- average price
